Highly doubt it since you can easily pass trucks in a 201hp Honda Accord.)

The issue is people are comparing a single, maybe two launch party trick mode that needs a lot of conditions to be met in order for it actually perform as advertised. You're not going to randomly turn on Ludicrous+ mode when driving along because you can't. You will however randomly turn the car onto it's sportiest mode that it can switch to without any pre-conditioning because you want to have some fun. It's here that the Tesla falls apart a little as anything outside of Ludicrous+ mode cannot compete with Sports Plus on the Porsche.

They showed the video after he already kicked down, hence the car had already downshifted as the Porsche did already
