@@peterwilliams6361 you need to go on a stringent intermittent fasting regiment 20/4 for several weeks and switch over to juicing. I mix parsley, organic ginger, Garlic, lemons, celery, Cilantro, oranges and raw spinach.
Have a tall glass atleast 3 times a day with 2 tablespoons of ACV start eating plenty of raw Salads, veggies and if you have high sugars you need to lower the sugars they feed the cancer cells. At night before sleeping during water mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of baking Soda. You will see recovery. Cut all sugars from your diet. You will need to stick to this regiment religiously for 10 to 12 weeks and let me know when you go for your next test if the cancer has been shrinking or arrested. All the best

Muscle invasive bladder cancer and an adrenal tumor muddied the water for me. If it wasn’t for these amazing people (we know who they are) that taught me how to eat a proper human diet, how to fast, how to tear down and how to build up by invoking Autophagy I’d probably at best be miserable.

After a diagnosis of pre diabetes, I started low carb and IF with two meals a day, one meal two weekends a month. I lose too much weight and I have to be careful. At 66 this was a surprise for me and a disappointment since I have tried to be very careful most of my life. All of my mother's siblings were diabetic; she is in and out of pre diabetes. My younger sister and older brother are also diabetics. So I though I was doing fine for my age. I am no longer pre-diabetic and I feel extremely well. Also helped my sister to bring down 10A1C to 7 and still working. I will forever maintain this protocol; it is actually a few tweaks from my former life style. Added more activity also and joined a gym. Only issue is my LDL, but that for me is normal since I had it elevated since my youth. My CAC was 0, HDL 90 and triglycerides 47. My CRP always normal as well as my other parameters from blood to liver. Never been fat and only one or two lb overweight at any given time in my life. I eat most of the recommended foods for lowering LDL and still elevated. I refuse statins. The diabetic risk, mind and muscle issues is too much for me. I seen it since I am a nurse. Good information!

@@Kjuken69 No, I am not concerned about LDL. I know that food is only a minuscule percent of the cholesterol in the body, with the liver the major source. So far, I am satisfied with my results, even if my dr. tries to scare me with heart attack remarks. Besides these are wholesome, healthy foods.

There is only very small chance of reducing it slightly. No supplements will do it. A good diet and statins will reduce the soft plaque and statins harden(good thing) the soft plaque and funny enough your CAC will go up but at least the soft plaque is reduced

@@irishboy70 There is a video on here with a doctor. Who said that he has witnessed far more dramatic reductions in arterial plaque. Such as a score of 1200 to 300 etc He said that they were able to accomplish this, by removing the cause of arterial plaque - inflammation.
By removing all grains and sugars from your diet, you prevent the damage that causes plaque. By getting the appropriate nutrition. Chiefly, High amounts of omega 3 relative to omega 6 Vitamin K2 and niacin. Your body will have the means to remove the plaque and dispose of it in the liver.
Apparently this stuff called nattokinase which you can get in pill form. Is now regarded, as very potent way of getting rid of arterial plaque. In tests patients experienced a 30 percent reduction in plaque volume, in 6 months. It works by removing the scar tissue in your arteries, which years of inflammation have caused.
It does this by dissolving fibrin (scar tissue is made of fibrin).

    • @dinukleotid3743

Hey, its all about calories in and calories out.
If you want to do a 24 hour fast every weak, lets say Friday morning to Saturday morning.
Take your daily caloric intake for that day, add them and spread them out through out the days of the week, or have 2-3 days where you eat really nice meals getting your weekly calories up. And if you're not counting calories, or or don't have a good idea of how much food you eat each day, then i would start with finding out how much you eat each week first.
doing 24 hour fasts once a week is gonna have you loosing weight unless you eat a lot of food to maintain that weight.
But you'll be fine, the human body takes a long time to shed weight, specially when you're already lean.
Weigh yourself at the set date in the month, then start doing 24 hour fasts once a week. If you loose weight just eat more on the days you eat.
Eat healthy though, otherwise the fasting is pretty pointless xD
This is what i usually live by
      Once a week - 24 hour fast
      Once a month - 3 day fast
      Once a year - 5-7 day fast
      Once a lifetime - 30 day fast

The key is TRPV4 on endothelial cells, monocytes/macrophage cells and osteoblast/osteoclast cells. Stimulation leads to a break in the endothelial cel to cell connection, the production of M1 inflammatory macrophages, cytokine and ROS production and phagocytosis. At the same time osteoblasts produce osteoclasts that break down bone. Lastly, trpv4 on the renal collecting duct block a channel that exchanges potassium for protons preventing the resorption of potassium and is a serious problem that can causes hypokalemia and sudden cardiac death during exercise that expends our cellular stores of potassium. If your watch measures heart rate recovery and it is 13 or lower this is likely what is happening.

Does a calcium score of 1 at the age of 39 mean i have a chance to reverse it back to zero?

Isn’t it zero just mean one doesn’t hard hard plaque, but might have soft plaque which is actually more dangerous!

So how does one go about “using autophagy”?

    • @vapeking466

I believe he just means fasting. Simply eating only once every 12hrs is what I do.

@@vapeking466 So if I skip (miss) breakfast this morning I can do 12 or more hours without food; but in the future I’m gonna try not eating after dark, which is not easy because many days I don’t get home until nighttime, sometimes 9pm or later.

Believers being Resurrected before the great tribulation is also in Isaiah 26. Verse 19 Is rapture, Verse 20 is us entering our rooms in heaven, Verse 21 is God punishing the people of the Earth for their wrongdoing.

Fasting wins, but what a statement that our food's so toxic, NOT EATING'S a better CHOICE!

Autophagy is very interesting - but not studied. I read that fasting over 3 days accelerates the process ... ? 🤔

Autophagy is very well studied. A Nobel prize was awarded for it. Do more research.

@Craig Glaser - There is no research in humans - only laboratory rats. The award was for the discovery. Maybe you can volunteer to be the first human test subject❓️ 😉👌
