pd and pdds are really cool and its a good start to perfection; im using this right now im certain this concept isnt a new a idea but this is my rendition of it
it's a bit late but I play tenors and created an arrangement of this for tenors if you wanted to use that, I could sen a musescore link or something. Probably one of my favorite warmups actually.
You should add the thing where you play paradiddles but remove one hand so the right hand would play 1 + a e 3 + a e, and the left hand would play e 2 + a e 4 + a
