How do you reattach the dampener? When I was changing the air filter the whole dampener fell out.
Same here. It was easier to “accidentally” uninstall the dampener than put the thing back on.
You should position it facing out; meaning the two prongs face inward. Then find a similar “dowel” shaped thing to stick the dampener on the lower notch.
I wish I could explain it better, but whoever designed this was not thinking practically 😮💨😮💨
I dont remember on this vehicle specifically but when they come off - they just pop back on.
