Very good instructions. When I first dropped the glovebox, the manual just said to 'disconnect the damper'. Well, it just came off with the glovebox because I was pulling so hard on the box when it came down. I thought I might have broken it; luckily I didn't. But the point is that you clearly show how to disconnect the damper with your needle nose in the video; I wish I would have watched it before my first attempt. Great job!
