Hi Ekaterina. These exercises are suitable for beginners. They are gentle stretches so can be done even if you have not been physically active for a month.

Would this help even in level 10 pain? I’m in so much pain I can’t sit, lay down, or do anything
If you look up the gym ball routine it might be better for a level 10 pain as you do not have to get to the ground.

Why is she going so fast? At 35 weeks with this big boy in my ribs, that feels like hyperventilating. Not really relaxing and just a little helpful 😑
