Nice
Right now I am thinking of a single serving of fried eggs, omelets, hash browns, sausage links, Glier’s Goetta, grilled cheese and ham, pizza, apple pie and what ever else I can fit in that bad boy, just for me and maybe the dog and cat too!
Damn good looking breakfast sandwich. I'm definitely making this.
Just dropping by to let you know, because of your videos, I got a lodge wonder pan, and wanted to say thanks!
I'm a fan of cast iron. Looks great!
I fry an egg in mine every morning for breakfast, (never sanded it) after about 2 weeks of daily use the egg slides around so much I catch hell getting the spatula under it.
I just bought two of these. I haven't received them yet. I have read the reviews of people saying it was hard to use the spatula to flip the eggs and get them out. I think I an going to purchase a real flexible/cheap fish spatula and see if that make any difference. I need a fish spatula anyway. Wish me Luck!
It worked good, great job on the pan...now I'm hungry :) Simply love cast iron cooking, Teflon is a joke, not a lifetime product like the iron! ♡
Very delicate and useful for one person and the original recipe prepared ,very appetizing ! 🍔🙌🕊
mmmmm looks yummy.... the pan worked great!!!!
It did great, thank you for sharing
Good demonstration. You like your eggs like I do. Yum! Breakfast for dinner! I'll be right there. LOL!
Well butter makes it nonstick on low heat. Same as mine. Sticks without any spray or butter.
Great video Greg
looks yummm
great video
I want eggs so bad right now lol pan worked great !
Enjoy your meal. I also like fried egg with ham. 💕
AWESOME video!!! Perfect demo!! How about some cast iron cottage fried hash browns or o’briaan?

I never had any problem flipping things with a spatula. I think you'll like them.
Long time no see buddy 👋 how are you ? Great video
I'm doing really good how's it going for you? Thanks for checking out my videos I really appreciate it.
Where is the bacon? Looks like it worked really good.
Anyone know of a lid for this?
I'm not aware of one. I've never needed one because it heats up so fast since it's very small.
i have the same lodge pan, never sanded it and it works just like the pan in this video and maybe better since mine has a darker patina now. this smooth vs rough cast iron debate has become totally ridiculous. somebody please show me a case where a smooth polished cast iron pan actually makes a difference in the cooking process. the fact is, that the surface does not matter. properly seasoned, a rough pan will produce perfect crepes or pancakes or scrambled eggs with no sticking..... i have sanded and polished cast iron pans myself and saw no improvement other than appearance, the smooth finish does look good. maybe you are the kind of person who thinks a $500 spoiler bolted onto a subaru looks fantastic, so for you a smooth pan is better than a rough pan, even though the performance is the same or maybe worse from the drag of the spoiler...
I have cooked on rough and smooth cast iron and I prefer the smooth any day. Just the use of the spatula on a rough pan is reason enough for me to make it smooth. Clean up is way way easier on a smooth surface from my experience. If You're happy using rough pans than by all means keep doing what you like. I also like the smooth look I think they look nice and cleaner since mine are hanging in my kitchen where everyone can see.
You're definitely a cast iron fanatic like me

Thank You I really appreciate it 👍
Your egg looks lonely. I use this skillet, unmodified. I have two of them and several round 6.5 inch I love. I just let cook until a slight tilt of the skillet starts the egg moving out of its spot. Although I prefer sandwiches with two eggs for more yolk.
Glad you didn't poke it a lot. Eggs don't like that.
We're going to call it a well done egg without any dribbly Yolk.... Non-stick would be better without any butter in the pan.
