1. My job: though I’m not working right now, as a restaurant we have given food away to employees. It has really been a blessing. 2. Endorphins: was feeling super down in the dumps the other day, but after working out, I felt better. 3. My Pup: she exercises with me, and when I’m not feeling good she’s always by my side Thank you Holly 💕

Hi Holly I got to the party a little late, so I am just now finished 12 day. Thank you for these quarantine workouts. They are just the right length that I haven't gotten discouraged and given up. My children who are home from school right now are also doing them with me and its been really fun.
I'm grateful for being able to to go for a long walk this morning. I'm very grateful my family is safe and healthy. I'm grateful to have this workout while I am isolated.

I’ll get on those legwork videos now to add to this one. xx Three things for which I’m grateful today... the strong warm sun on today’s walk in those mountains; our apéritif time from window to window each evening at 20h00 to toast our French healthcare workers with neighbours up and down our little rue here; and the fact that my hubby still has lots of contract work!

(I’m definitely seeing some positive changes!) • health (I’m so thankful that I have the health to complete this challenge) • life (this one may seem like something people just say without meaning it really, but I am honestly so glad/thankful for my life. I have a great family, a healthy body, food and clean water, and a desire to be productive and do something meaningful with the life I’ve been given) 💜💖

1 Grateful I was able to do this workout, 2 Grateful for finding your workouts and 3 Grateful for everything I have in my life right now. 2020 was rough but 2021 is looking pretty good :) I missed a day earlier this week so Im going to double up tomorrow, figured yoga and meditation go hand in hand :)

Three things I’m really grateful for today is that I’m on lap 2 of this 30day challenge and I love it. Finally I found an exercise that I can stick to! Am also doing a few other workouts every day, and feel so energised! 😅 The second thing that I’m grateful for is my amazing colleagues. In times like this working in hospitality is a challenge, but I was lucky change jobs just before it all happened and end up with such amazing staff. 😍 Three. Number 3 is to have worked the whole Saturday and come home to a tidy house and be able to put the little one in bed and get some cuddles. Now time for coffee! 🥰🥰🥰☕️
