Captain Hook giving an active bomb to Peter would also give him a death sentence for act of terrorism
Dude forgot to list Hook's crime from the 2002 sequel "Return to Neverland"
What about Jake And The Neverland Pirates!
@@torterratortellini6641 That Disney Jr show is not canon. Return to Neverland is canon.
@@coolguy5133 If a Disney Jr. show isn’t canon then why would a straight to DVD sequel be canon?
He’s more threatening and sinister in the book.
@@forrestdupre87 The books that the movies are based on don’t count.
0:15 Bro really shot him😭💀
True Alpha chad move.
The Huntsman actually made it out alive. After all, how else would the Queen have been given a pig's heart and not know before the Mirror told her? Plus she was so fixated to kill Snow White herself that she didn't bother to find him.
In the evil queen’s case there’s also stalking cause the mirror lets her see anyone without their consent
Also, she cursed a baby princess death penalty
@@sonic3235 that’s malifisent not the evil queen but she did that in her case
I can't wait for Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Clayton (Tarzan) and Gaston (Beauty and the Beast) to be charged for their crimes.
Coming soon
😁😁😁😁
Can you also do beauty and the beast enchanted chrismas
@@AnimatedCourtroomTry Charging Phango From Khumba 🐆
I love how Maleficent, the mistress of all evil, gets a lighter sentence than Captain Hook 😆
Also, I wonder, wouldn't arson be involved since she turned into a dragon and spewed fire all over the place or is that just part of property damage part
Very true🤔
Indeed. Maleficent is necessary evil.
Did any of you watch khumba? maybe he should try charging phango 🐆
The huntsman was not killed, or at least in the sense of what you explained. She was fooled to think she was dead with the pig heart right until the mirror exposes the truth. She doesn't even do anything about the huntsman instead just deals with it herself.
Pretty sure a murder attempt against Prince Philip and the successful "murder" of Princess Aurora would be counted as regicide charges due to them being royalty.
Aside from that, great video!
Captain hook legally cant be charges as on neverland there is no police or judge and we dont know the rules of the island
5:43 honestly my favorite part of the movie 🤣🤣
Mine too! Peter saved the kids.
3:05 "Tinkerbell is not a lamp." LOL Just something about the way you said that!
4:29 LOL THAT'S *2ND* *DEGREE* *MURDER*
Probably could have more. Like, Hook firing a cannon ball at Peter with three Darlings there would be THREE counts of reckless endangerment. And the bomb going off when Tink was also nearby is another reckless endangerment/attempted murder. Plus property damage of the tree home.
Maleficent's attacks against Philip and Aurora are against a prince and princess, so attempted regicide or attack/imprisonment of a royal depending on the case.
The Evil Queen comes across the skeleton of a prisoner, who clearly died by being deprived of water with a pitcher just out of range--I think that qualifies as torture. And when she tries to drop the boulder on the dwarves, that's 7 accounts of attempted murder.
The amount of casual trespassing and assault that classic Disney villains get up to is something.
Also, Maleficinet should get a harassment charge for her interactions with Philip.
Awesome video!!! Also for the Murder Charges for these guys, honestly I would give them the Death Penelty for each, but thats just my opinion
Captain Hook-death by hanging
Evil Queen-exile in Siberia
Maleficent-death by beheading (guillotine)
Hook would get a death penalty for Piracy despite not committing any act of it in the film, since he isn't looting other ships or stealing anything. In the second film you could make a case of him getting his treasure back as legal since Peter Pan stole it from him.
13:41 According to online theories, I don't know if it's confirmed by Disney, this skeleton was her husband the King. She was so mad with power that she falsely imprisoned him where no one would find him and left him to die.
Interesting🤔
6:13
It is tricky but technically this was a no invitation required event. Someone just didn't inform her because they didn't want Maleficent to show up. But, technically she could attend if she wanted. Welcome to royal baby showers(?).
I also forgot how DARK Snow White is. Like, this is a kids movie where someone is told to lure someone into the woods, kill her, and rip her heart out. After this attempted murder, she sings about "With a Smile & a Song". Lady? Maybe you should take some time and think about what just happened?
13:45 actually this would be torture because from context clues, that container was placed just barely out of the reach of the person. Most likely from the dialogue they died of dehydration, and having water just barely out of reach while they slowly die sounds like torture for me. Even if this person got the death penalty, this is still against the law because it’s torture.
technical Maleficent's prophecy should be considered a criminal threat.
If Lady Tremaine was charged for her crimes
At least no one got death today😊😊😊
1:14 Don't forget "Trespassing". Only "Braves" (men) can be warriors and hunters, and she's the princess to boot, so she has no reason to be outside her village! The only way they could have gotten her would be by entering Indian territory. I seriously doubt he's welcomed there.
Awesome Video!
If Link was there since he's based of Peter Pan. Link: Captain James Hook. For all the horrible evil crimes you committed. You will DIE!
0:05 he reminds me like the one that’s from Jake and the neverland pirates
That’s because it’s the same universe 💀
3:19 another one adds up to 9 counts of False Imprisonment
Not only would the bomb scene be once again first degree attempted murder on Peter Pan, it would also be second degree attempted murder on Tinker Bell and use of explosives as well. So that's 2 life sentences and 20 years.
Also, not only does he once again try to kill Peter in the first degree, but I would also add an extra 9 first degree attempted murders on Wendy, her brothers John & Michael and the Lost Boys.
12:12 1st Degree Attempted Murder from the witch here
Captain James Hook - 01 Kill (P.S. because Mr. Starkey appears in the sequel Return to Neverland despite not being on the boat with the rest of the pirate crew).
Maleficent - 00 Kills (P.S. because she failed to kill both Aurora & Phillip and the three good fairies).
Evil Queen - 02 Kills (P.S. because, she failed to kill Forrest Animals, Prince, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and while we don't see the Huntsman in the film ever again the Queen doesn't kill him and goes straight to her lab after finding out she's been tricked, so he might still be alive).
It would've made better sense for Hook to use dynamite on Peter instead of a bomb, given that he was a pirate from the 1700's in the 1800's which was the Disney's time frame for the movie's story. Hook was supposed to be in his thirties in THIS film so I think he has been at the pirate game for more than 10 years and since he has been in Neverland since an estimated 125 years instead of the estimated 15 plus years on Earth, we'd be looking at a 1,000 year life sentence for life of piracy in this case, but because its Neverland, no real set rules were established as ironclad are in place for some place as Neverland and Peter's rules for the Lost Boys does not mean much for a place of no discipline or rules or unset time placement.
Ngl, captain hook used to be my favourite villian, hes so silly :3
For real. And I don’t even like disney
Disney villains being the best villains
EXTREMELY DUPER MEGA YES OF SUPER DUPER APPROVED
Stopped all the kids from saying first
15:07 Isn’t this some kind of attempted murder? Of course it backfired and ended up killing her instead.
what's funny is that an evil magic user got the lowest total sentence out of all the other 2.
Kung Fu Panda... Everyone gets the death penalty for multiple counts of murder. Christ Almighty...
Disney was actually the 1st company to produce animated feature films. Established in 1923 as a cartoon studio, Disney started off with small cartoons before creating feature films. They've been very successful since then. Look at them now.
12:17 I think you can downgrade this to "conspiracy to commit/coercion". As we see at 12:40 he gave her a decoy. I think it's safe to say he's long gone from the Kingdom and, therefore, her jurisdiction by now. I know I would be.
I wonder what the Horned King [The Black Cauldron] and Amos Slade [Fox And The Hound]'s charges would be?
15:07 Wouldn't this be 7 counts of attempted murder?
14:58 She also tries to murder the 7 dwarves so that would be 7 additional life sentences.
Also, at 14:51, would that not count as a regicide change due to Snow White being a princess?
1:30 I Think It's Coercion and Intimidation
2:15 Is there a change for pour maintenance? That was one weak railing!
7:05 Abuse
Well, that actually ISN'T a prophecy because from a certain and clear observation of Maleficent's line "Before the sun sets on her 16th birthday, she shall prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die!", this means Maleficent is putting a curse on Aurora, which would be a serious monarch homicide conspiracy charge since Aurora is a princess.
Well, I wouldn't say assault and battery on those 18 people, I'd say assault with a deadly weapon and second degree attempted murder since her weapon looks deadly and she could've killed those 18 people.
Seriously, the charges in relation to Aurora pricking her finger would be trespassing, which you gave, but it would also be kidnapping (since she lured Aurora to a tower) and not full on murder, but attempted murder since Aurora does not die. She gets revived by true love's kiss. That is why you should've just said attempted murder & not full on murder. But since Aurora is now 16 (and an official princess), that would give her an attempted regicide charge.
Not only would I add false imprisonment on Prince Philip, but I would also add first or second degree attempted murder since she plans for him to be locked up for a century in the hopes that her spell on Aurora could not be broken and she should've known that by doing this, Philip would die within a century. However, since, much like Aurora, he is a monarch too, that is yet another attempted regicide charge.
Not only would that, as I keep trying to tell you, be attempted regicide on Prince Philip since he is a monarch, which was done 3 times, but it would also be first degree attempted murder on Flora, Fauna and Merryweather.
She also could get an assault with a deadly weapon charge over using what she used to try and kill those 18 people earlier on and property damage over damaging a rock arch.
2:15 Illegal Eviction
3:17 False Imprisonment x8
7:10 Assault and battery? Or disciplinary action? They willingly work for her.
11:36 11:43 11:49 You should’ve included that as Coercion or Blackmail
6:04 Trespassing Perhaps?
i wouldn't blame hook for wanting to get revenge on the boy after all peter did cut off hook's hand during their fight and fed it to a hungry crocodile in the book wendy told the boys.
i don't blame him at all just this one bit.
0:49 War Crimes? Assault With a Deadly Weapon?
2:18 *KIDNAPPING*
Good thing you noticed that the mirror Queen Grimhilde has in her possession is a slave to her. I would also give her a stalking charge since she uses the mirror to spy on people in her kingdom. The sentence she'd get would be higher than your 5-year maximum because of the fear of violence that it seems to have, so I would give her 15 years and confiscate the mirror. Also, not only would that be solicitation to murder over ordering the Huntsman to kill Snow White, but also, her demand for this to be done would constitute as blackmail as she says that she will execute him if he does not comply. However, since the threat of consequences towards the Huntsman are so severe, that would be enough to put Queen Grimhilde on grounds for extortion instead. Along with bribery since I'm assuming that what she was holding was a box needed for Snow White's heart and this is sounding to me like a bribe the Huntsman was accepting.
Good thing you implied that the Huntsman is probably dead by the end of the film. Because I'm implying that on Queen Grimhilde's way to kill Snow White, she might've stopped by the Huntsman and killed him for his mistake.
I did a lot of thinking, Your Honour and not only would that be identity fraud and drug manufacturing since the old hag spell was in her disguises book, but some would assume she used witchcraft. However, you gained evidence proving she didn't use witchcraft. But that, my friend, is a charge she cannot escape because she has a book on witchcraft and if there was ever a revolution where she was punished for her actions, it would almost certainly be a fiery execution for the Evil Queen.
Well, like I told you earlier, Your Honour, the Evil Queen uses her mirror to spy on people in the kingdom and some of those people she spied on have been locked up and have also died of thirst & starvation. However, since we don't know how many people she's done this to, I'd mark that on as mass and give her a death sentence.
Seriously, Your Honour, not only would that be trespassing since if Snow White was aware of her true identity, she would not get let in, but instead of completed murder, you have to say attempted murder since Snow White gets revived by love's first kiss.
Oh and you and I, Your Honour, we almost forgot the 7 second degree attempted murders on the Dwarves and attempted mass murder on the fellow acquaintances of the Dwarves.
And that’s why they are scary. Storm troopers said I never break the rules. They’re policeman from another world.
Evil queen also attempted to kill 7 gnomes
6:34 Is it a prophecy? Or a hypnotic curse? She's magically forcing the princess to do this when she turns 16, not predicting it. (Nevermind what the narrator says.)
For the murder attempt against Prince Philip and "murder" of Princess Aurora would be as regicide charges due to them being royalty.
Regicide is only for leaders
@@AnimatedCourtroom Regicide traditionally refers to the killing of a reigning monarch, such as a king or queen. However, the assassination of a prince or princess, especially if they are the heir apparent to the throne, could be considered a form of regicide since it involves the killing of a royal family member who is in the line of succession. Meaning it would be attempted regicide.
Awesome video
:D
15:02 "And then along came zues. He hurled his thunderbolt."
From charges, Captain Hook is the evilest Disney villain in this video
I can't wait to see if you do a case for Lady Teemaine and the stepsisters. Lady Tremaine, Drizella, and maybe Anastasia are going to be in sooo much trouble.

Please do Horrid Henry Adults charged for their crimes.
Maybe even Horrid Henry himself
How about finding nemo villains like Bruce, the angler fish, darla, the squid from dory, and the dentist
Killing a princess is technically regicide.
That Prophecy was also part of the formula of the curse Maleficent places upon Aroura so this should still count as threat of attempted murder, especially if the story is in a world of fantasy and horror. Even if most people don't believe in prophecies these days, they were believed years before our generation and they still do happen today regardless whether we choose to believe it or not. I am someone who knows such things can be notable as real as a she who fears what she might dream the next night.

No one still hasn’t done Ursula’s crimes. I’m waiting for that.
You made my request thank you!
The spirit in the Mirror was already a slave of the Mirror before the Evil Queen acquired it, she is more of an alchemist than an enchanter, and because slavery was not as widely recognized as abhorrent during medieval times, this charge is unproven, but even if it were fully illegal during her time, her charge of enslaving magical beings would still be more untraceable than slavery over ordinary beings. If Disney had included the Evil Queen's two previous attempts (Meaning: A poisonous comb and strangling the breath out with a sash or corset strings) on Snow White's life before giving her a poisonous apple like from the Grimm Brothers' fairytales, she would be looking at life plus a death sentence.
You should do monster in Paris next
Asking again for a video solely about Puss in Boots, his List would be huge😄

@@AnimatedCourtroom Thank you!
I'm just asking because i find it extremely funny that his list would be much longer than almost any villain, including Death himself😅

Wouldn't the attempts on Aurora, Snow White, and the Prince be attempted regicide? Or does it not count since they aren't yet rulers?
Hey how about “if doctor Heinz doofenshmirtz was charged for his crimes”
