6:03 What's Smek Doing Here: Mass Kidnapping,Mass Property Damage,Abuse Of Power, Too Many Assault and Battery, Grand Larceny (Because of the Gorg's Egg)
For Guy Gagne, it wasn’t the car that did that, Turbo’s actual shell got damaged, we see that once there’s a hole in the side of the shell from the assault, it causes Turbo to fully lose his powers! The damage earlier just causes Turbo to have problems with the powers, even when not under the car. I don’t recall EXACTLY whether or not that was Gagne, but it might have been Gagne.
I have to agree, Turbo got his actual shell damaged near the final lap, which did cause a few temporary hiccups to his superspeed. Guy Gagne never had a device in his car that interfere his Turbo's powers.
@@rac3rcr3w Actually, they did in the 2000's until COTA was introduced. Also, Gangé would be parked for the rest of the season. I remember one time Carl Edwards was parked for intentionally crashing Brad Keselowski. This happened late in the race at the 2010 Kobalt Tools 500. Keselowski was okay aside from a slight leg injury.
Gotta say for the verminator it wasn’t mentioned about that it takes place in Indiana where the one trap is only legal in Texas and snare traps are illegal to have any sort of jagged edge or teeth (as mentioned in a previous video)
I find it genuinely so fucking hilarious captain smek is given such an insanely big sentence several real mass criminals probably got a better sentence then him lmao
Smel would’ve gotten five death sentences for the crimes he has committed during screen time, plus his slushes belonged to the Gorgs, so let’s count that as child endangerment and stealing.
5:12 actually it was the guy who had a device earlier in the movie turbos shell gets damage letting some of turbos speed power out and weakened. And yes the includes the random shutting off
For the Guy Gagne charges, it is not F1 Racing ban, it's Indycar Racing ban, although I'm impressed that even with such a chaotic crash the marshalls didn't red flag the race, also the replay on the TV should make justice for Turbo because Gagne TOUCHED TURBO'S BODYWORK making him lose performance, that's worth the bodywork and a delicious black flag because of altering the performance of competitors is plain and simple cheating.
I honestly thought that guy Gagne would’ve been charged for attempted murder. Not because turbo is a snail but because turbo was considered a fellow competitor as the other racers in that very race. It’s the reason why turbo could race at all. Other than that keep up the great work.
Im back for Guy Gagne sentence, So this is IndyCar and The Indy 500, I’ll take this sentence and add 63 million dollars for him crashing out 7 seven cars including himself since he initially started the whole chain reaction and I won’t charge reckless driving instead he’ll be charged for trying to take out Turbo with him eventually being DSQ from the entire event
Gangé got off easier than anyone else. Turns out, he would probably be parked for his reckless racing. He wouldn't be banned. I remember when Carl Edwards intentionally caused Brad Keselowski to crash, and Edwards was parked for that. That same year, Kyle Busch was fined for an obscene gesture at Texas Motor Speedway in the fall. Also, Gangé doesn't race Formula 1, he races IndyCar.
11:14 as you can see, every light on the west coast went out (and likely the east coast too) from that laser, which could probably get some sort of charge
5:12 There was no device used by Guy Gagne, but due to racing tires being overused, this caused the track being paved with scraps of shredded rubber. BUT, Guy did use those shreds to make Turbo lose control and hit the wall, which caused his powers to spudder and eventually run out (that is until the end of the movie, of course). However, I can add a account to cheat and/or murder an attempt to Turbo's life, as he was a registered racer at the time, along with the reckless damage to all the other racers.
So, a few charges I would add: 1. Don Lino. Is running a known criminal organization not a crime that can be sentenced (I would assume life sentence)?? 2. Guy Gagne, you show footage of him both causing a mass wreck (similar to Chick Hicks from the original Cars, even if this version is unintentional), and him later attempting to step on Turbo and repeatedly harming the snail in order to prevent Turbo from winning. For the crash, it could be classified as reckless endangerment (4 years) and for the latter actions, an assault charge (6 months) and later a 2nd degree attempted murder (life) for trying to step on Turbo. 3. Smek. I forget how many times he slaps people with his "shusher" throughout the whole movie, but you show three additional times minimum in this video, so that would add three additional "shush" charges (1.5 years) to Smek. Also, him taking the rock from the Gorg (I hate this movie and can't believe I literally just typed that sentence. Thank you, Dreamworks) could also be classified as mass child abduction (death sentence) due to it being all of the Gorg offspring and the one Gorg seen in the movie is said to be the last of its kind. I originally would have thought this as attempted genocide, but as Smek takes no action to actually destroy the rock or the one remaining Gorg seen alive in the movie, no harsher or further charges or sentences can be given to this action. Finally, similar to what you do to Farquaad in the Shrek video, you could classify Smek as being a cruel dictator (death) due to him cruelly bossing everyone around and not allowing anything not under his command to be performed, but that charge is just a personal one I would give. 4. Verminator. You show at 10:18 him shooting his net gun at the woman's bunny slippers, causing her to fall down and get hurt. That could be classified as assault, even if it was unintentional (6 months). Also, earlier in the movie, he is shown shooting a plastic flamingo that would need to be replaced, classified as property damage ($8 fine, give or take). Finally, would him getting both himself and the woman stuck in the cage classify as reckless endangerment as technically ANYONE who stepped in the machine's line of sight could have fallen under a similar fate? (4 years) Love your videos! Please keep up the great work!!
For Gagne, the reckless endangerment isn’t a crime in this case, as all he did was drive fast in a car race, as for your suggestion of a life sentence, he clearly had no act to kill, and just wanted to stop the snail, so no jury in their right mind would give the life sentence. As for Verminator, his shooting of his client wouldn’t be charged, as she neither reported it, nor seemed to want to press charges given he was doing the job she paid him for. The destruction of the flamingo was probably settled between him and the owner off screen, or is too small a claim to work in court. As for the trap, maybe. The trap has obvious lasers, so if someone did activate it, they most likely were trespassing, and it would be considered a form of self-defense device, depending on the setting. Though smek and the Don would be charged I believe.
Honestly you should have sentenced Gladis too for these crimes: Animal cruelty, use of an illegal weapon designed to kill animals and, the worst crime of them all, BEING A KAREN.

Guy doesn’t have any sort of device under his car. The reason Turbo kept stopping unexpectedly was due to some damage that he took earlier in the race.
I've been laughing for 10 mins at the ridiculousness of Capt Smek's sentence. And it's actually even worse than that, considering you didn't even count the child endangerment, and all the kidnapping charges of the entire Gorg population. For him to rack up all those charges and he's just a pathetic little creature, it's incredible lmao
Gladys should also have a case on her as she not only had an illegal weapon against animals installed in her yard but also assaulted two police officers while resisting arrest
The Racing Ban on Guy Gagne is actually incorrect. While the $7m Fine is correct, the race wasn't actually an F1 Race, it's actually an indy car series race. Which is different. The driver would receive a suspension, aswell double of the amount of fines for each vehicle has been damaged. For the suspension length on the team would depending on its president who's in charge of the tournament, while the team would be unable to qualify of this cause. As an result, Gagne would receive a termination notice from his team. Meaning he has been fired from the team, and must face the consequences.
You forgot to charge Vincent for propriety destruction of the verminator's car. With his immense strength Vincent first bends the top of the car, then he rips the hammer from the verminator mannequin that hits the fake rabbit on top and uses it to smash a window, after which he rips open the car roof with one paw. Finally while being grabbed by the balloons he creates huge scratches in the car roof and rips off both back doors. How much money do you think it would cost him for the repairs.
On the one hand Oh is probably guilty of High Treason for revealing their location to a known enemy, which is worth a death sentence. On the other hand, Smeck did order him executed without a trial, so I think the murder charge stands.
Wouldn't Gladys Sharpe (from Over the Hedge) also be charged? (Note: I'm not a 'legal expert', so please correct me if I'm wrong) -Animal Abuse. Kicking Heather down the stairs; though you could argue that Gladys just woke up at the time -Illegal weapon possession. in her words, "I don't care if this is against the Geneva Conventions, I want it!". As the film takes place in Indiana, it's mentioned that the Depelter Turbo is 'illegal in every state, except texas'. -Assault on an Officer (x3) - Needless to say, she doesn't take her arrest very well. Gladys is shown assaulting three(?) police officers when she's arrested for the possession of the Depelter Turbo. -Resisting arrest - She flaunts her credentials as the president of the HoA, and tries to pin the blame on The Verminator (though he has some fault in this); the officer counters this by pointing out that GLADYS' name was on the contract.
