Their is a problem with the last one Maui should be charged for Te Ka's crimes because he stole a part of her the caused her to transform into what she is rather than being what she was meant to be he should be held accountable for how he nearly caused her to destroy the world by causing the deity to lose her sense of self and her sanity.

For real. Not only did she kidnap and neglect of a child, she stole and neglected a child of royal bloodline. That’s a reason for the death penalty.

Te Ka could also get attempted genocide or environmental pollution, since she was killing fish and plants, which negatively affected the humans' lives.

To be fair, kidnapping of all the 15 savage animals and imprisoning them was done by Lionheart, not Bellweather.
But Bellweather was the mastermind, not Lionheart. If Lionheart was on this list, he would get charged for the kidnappings, but he isn’t

If Bellweather was Lionheart's superior and Lionheart was acting on Bellweather's orders in the course of these abductions, then Lionheart would become an _accessory_ to Kidnapping and would be charged as such. But Bellweather was still the one who gave the orders.
In the Armed Forces, if a Captain gives a Staff Sergeant the order to massacre a village of bystanders and the Staff Sergeant and his men carry the order out, then the Captain can (and probably will) still be charged with a war crime. Same situation with Bellweather; she doesn't get off the hook just because Lionheart was the one actually doing the crimes.
@@BloodyBay Lionheart didn't work for Bellweather, he was completely unaware of what was actually going on, as was evident by the dialogue he had with the badger doctor, he was just trying to cover it all up to protect his own job.
Lionheart was already arrested, so there wouldn’t be any point in charging him any further. This would give Bellweather death by either hanging or electric chair

Wouldn't the fact that Flynn Rider dying after cutting Rapunzel's hair change the 2nd degree attempted murder charge to a 2nd degree murder? Or would she not be charged since she get turned to dust before Flynn dies?

Concerning Dawn Bellwether:
1. Any crimes Doug committed, I would charge directly to him (15x drugging, etc). Dawn would be charged with Conspiracy for those same crimes.
2. I would exonerate Dawn for the Kidnapping charges, as it was actually her boss that kidnapped the animals, without Dawn's intervention or coercion.
Concerning Te Ka:
1. Maui stole Te Fiti's heart in the first place resulting in her degeneration into Te Ka. Nearly all her crimes can be exonerated under self defence and castle law.
4:28 "Assault resulting in actual bodily harm." We Americans have a much easier way of saying that. You just need one word! "Battery."
I'd pardon Te Ka as it was revealed that it was actually Te Fiti, just because Te Ka is just the evil version of Te Fiti or her angry side at that

Te ka shouldn't be charged in theory, protecting her home, as she's a goddess but maui doesn't know that. It's still protecting your home, the killing of the ocean and animals, is the charge she should face
The crab and the fire giant in the film Moana cannot be imprisoned regardless of the charges pressed against them. However for what Ms Bellwether did to the predators, she deserves to rot in prison. That is why I do eat lamb meat and sheep meat on occasions.
If we count superstition. Mother Gothel would get charged with 7 years bad luck for breaking that mirror.

Bellweather can't be charged for fourteen cases of kidnapping or false imprisonment, because she didn't do any of that. That was Mayor Lionheart. Pretty sure the mayor was the one who snagged the limo driver, too. She definitely gets full credit for the numerous cases of drugging, though.

Pretty sure the sentences wouldnt stick on the villians from moana, since they natural forces personified or natural incarnations of mythical beings and cant be tried as humans, though most likely they would be tried as animals and simply be put down, though animal right groups would argue that they'd be protected as they're one of a kind. though Te-Ka is simply a natural force given a sentient form.
In my school vr game Bellwether has 1 more drugging but the sentence is the same as Palpatine Order 66 in Mousait video (the sentence was death and the drugging was on Goalius which caused him to deal irreparable global damage to Inazuma, Monstyd, lyrui, the great forrest area with the dendro archon and Fotain with massive damage to there heavy hits with deaths in the thousands and the biggest 1 is the near deaths of Fourina the Tri Titan and Ei)

Finally, after all this time, you've sentenced UA-cam Villains from The Amazing Digital Circus Characters, Animation vs Animation Villains and SolarBalls Characters to Sing Characters to LEGO Movie Villains For Their Crimes and now you're back at doing Disney Villains! Also, why is the video titled "If Disney Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes" when it's Part 3? Shouldn't it be "If Disney Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes #3" or something? I don't know about Gothel's dagger being bloodless, but back in my Correctional Officer days, I _did_ hear about one Offender taking a sharpened length of fence wire and rapidly stabbing another Offender about a couple dozen times with it; the stabbed Offender died from massive internal hemorrhaging and organ failure, but the shank was bloodless. So it's possible (if unlikely) for Gothel's dagger to kill Eugene without leaving a blood-gushing wound.

Technically Mayor Lionheart's horde of wolves kidnapped the savage animals and falsely imprisons them.

That was her whole plan, to turn savage predators loose to control the population, but the mayor kidnapped them to figure out why. So, she convinced a gullible, naive cop to do her dirty work.

Gothel climbed up through a Whatever Story window with intent to steal something: a strand of the baby's hair _at first,_ then the actual baby herself when the hair idea fell through. The window was unlocked, so it's not Breaking and Entering, per se, but it _is_ *Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling* (the dwelling being the Royal Castle with the king and his family in residence) or *_First Degree Burglary_* by any other name. Gothel's charge there should be bumped up from a Misdemeanor to a Felony with a sentence of up to 25 years imprisonment (depending on where the crime took place), my guy!
5:19 Ooh, another oopsie. Gothel tied Rapunzel up in front of the window, knowing that Eugene had entered the tower through that window to visit Rapunzel before. Her intention here was to use Rapunzel as bait for an ambush, stabbing Eugene mortally as soon as he entered to rejoin with Rapunzel and was distracted with seeing Rapunzel bound and gagged. The fact that Gothel knew that Rapunzel could heal Eugene's mortal wound (and use that impetus to manipulate Rapunzel into leaving with her, to wit, "Agree to leave with me and I'll let you save his life; refuse, and he dies,") is immaterial; the threat to manipulate Rapunzel would not have worked if Gothel had inflicted a less-than-lethal wound on Eugene, and this whole plan was premeditated. That's *_Attempted Murder FIRST Degree,_* my man! In some nations, Gothel _might_ have an appointment with the executioner for _that_ one.

Spearing Maui's foot with your giant crab leg or grinding Maui's face against the wall probably won't kill him, but those are still some pretty mean things to do to someone. 😉
But then again, is it _really_ Murder or Homicide if the perpetrator isn't human at all? Tamatoa can think, speak, sing, remember things and entertain thoughts of revenge, but he's still a giant crab and he's sometimes driven by hunger, as evidenced with his brief anecdote about eating his own grandmother, though Tamatoa neglects to mention whether his "enormous" grandmother was alive or dead at the time. Would a sapient giant crab killing another sapient giant crab be considered Homicide, come to think of it? 🤔
10:35 I wouldn't! The fact that Te Ka is made of lava is incidental; she's still striking Maui with an unarmed attack, not with a weapon. She can't help being made of lava and rage any more than you and I can just _not_ be made of flesh and bone. So that's just Battery, my guy. It _might_ still be considered Attempted Murder (as would attempting to strangle someone with your bare hands or hold them down and punch them in the windpipe until they die) if the court can prove beyond all reasonable doubt that Te Ka intended to terminate Maui instead of simply swatting him out of the sky because "Ugh, you're bothering me, go away." 😛
But that does lead us back to more philosophy: is it still Attempted Murder/Homicide if the assailant is a deity and/or a force of nature instead of human? And if a deity is immortal or otherwise everlasting, then how long _is_ a Life Sentence? 🤔
