There's also the show "The Lion Guard" taking place during the timeskip in the Lion King 2. It both has Zira acting villainously and Scar's ghost coming back to act villainously.

His voice was deeper and he had more of a mane and he was bigger. Also Beshti had hair on his head, which he didn't have in seasons one and two. Also the episode where Kion and the others met Ono. They were babies there

I love the video! I wish more people had seen all the Lion King films, not just the first, so seeing this made me happy.
Personally, though, I think you were a bit lenient on Zira. You didn't charge her for multiple counts of child abuse and neglect, and brainwashing all three of her children (though thankfully Kovu and Vitani were both able to be saved before it was too late). But the increased annoyance at her constant trespassing charges made me laugh!
Also, I'd love to see a part 2 where the hyenas and Nuka are included as villains!

You got a lot of beef with Zira but I can’t blame you.
In attempting regicide, Zira also endangered her son to the point that he was killed. She should get a negligent homicide (leocide?) charge as well. Also, declaring war dismisses trespassing charges, as it is a full scale invasion. She's not trespassing on the Pride Lands, she's invading them outright.
Again, Zira also was on the side of Scar. She did commit High Treason against Simba before the events of the film, so she does deserve the Death Penalty.
Good video! There are just a few errors that I noticed:
Technically, at 4:51, Scar would NOT be usurping the throne as he did have a familiar connection to the throne and was third in line behind Mufasa and Simba. Thus, with Mufasa dead and Simba abandoning the throne, that would naturally make Scar king by default. Rather, if you wanted a third death sentence, you could say 4:39 could also be an attempted regicide charge (conspiracy of course as Scar doesn't actually perform the act himself) as Simba is technically king here now that Mufasa is dead and Scar is yet to officially claim the throne.
Also, at 6:51, if you are going to claim that this crime is attempted regicide (it is technically not as Scar is the official king at this moment until Simba claims it back), it would still warrant a death sentence regardless if successful or not. It is the same as murder and attempted murder both being charged with life rather than attempted murder merely being a set number of years. Same at 11:47 and 12:52 for Zira.
Also, 9:18 would also be a death sentence for Zira for the same reasoning as explained above for Scar, although personally, I would have labelled this as high treason due to her conspiring against Simba's kingdom.
Thus, I feel that these would be more fitting final sentences for the two villains in this video:
Scar: 4 death, 2 life, 7 years, & restraining order (although for me personally, I would do 3 death and 3 life)
Zira: 3 death, life, 22 years, & $33,000 fine

Scar's regicide was *also* fratricide because he and Mufasa were brothers! Wouldn't that have made one more death sentence if more than one life and therefore more than one death were possible?
Of course, since there can only be one life per person or animal, there can only be one death per person or animal, so no matter how many crimes anyone ever commits worthy of a death sentence, there can only be one death sentence per person or animal, so Scar gets one death sentence altogether for treason, regicide/fratricide, and usurpation. And in case someone plays the "nine lives" card, that's just a myth, and even if the literal "nine lives" thing really *was* real, how would anyone know that this wouldn't have been Scar's ninth life?

Zazu was also trapped in Scar's mouth as well. That would be false imprisonment.
Scar's actions of missing the presentation of Simba looks quite messy to me because I doubt he would've been given a legal right to be at the presentation. However, I would assume Mufasa did give Scar a legal right to be at the presentation and missing that ceremony, well, the closest charge I would've found is the same charge as if you were missing a day of your court case where your appearance is definitely needed. That crime is called failure to appear, which would be 6 months and $1k fine for Scar.
I would actually give Scar 2 counts of child endangerment over attempting to get rid of Simba by luring him to the hyenas, which ultimately failed and the charge would be aggravated and each count would result in 8 years. Instead of the 2 attempted child murder charges. Better yet, that would actually be 2 counts of conspiracy to commit murder over his confession that he sent the hyenas to kill Simba and Nala.
OK, here are the proper charges I would give Scar, Your Honour, in relation to the tragically fatal wildebeest stampede.
Terrorism: Since wildebeest stampedes are capable of causing not only a serious amount of damage, but is more than likely to claim a life.
First degree attempted child murder: Because this was a premeditated attempt by Scar and the hyenas to kill Simba.
Assault occasioning actual bodily harm: Since over knocking Zazu out, the injuries he got from this looked a bit serious.
And then, it would be regicide.
Knocking Sarabi out would not just be battery that would be intimidation as well since he told her he was 10 times the king Mufasa was.
Not only would it be attempted murder on Simba again, twice in the final fight. But he would also get fraud for trying to make Simba force the pride to believe he was responsible for the death of Mufasa and he would also get an attempted obstruction of justice charge over trying to incriminate the hyenas for his crimes.
Now that's a legal charge 3:40
