How to make STYLIZED GRASS + WIND in Blender [EVEE + CYCLES]

Today I show you how to create stylized / ghibli grass in Blender affected by wind. You can use it in evee or cycles it doesnt matter!

I tried it but the in cycles the grass is in cylindrical shape but i need it as plain shape so is there any option i can use?
