I recently found the harmless farmer, I was watching the one in may where he received the axe that you sent him, that was very touching, very niece of you to an amazing guy. thank you so much.
While I miss a lot of live feeds, i always tune in to replays, and each new video just to see what I can learn! Remain humble, kind and keep it in the wood!
Thanks for looking into the 562xp Buckin’. We know you bleed old vintage power saws and rightfully so. But you taking the time to tinker with the new stuff is a big help to us newbies.
Can’t weight to hear your review of the 562 the good bad and why I’m real close to pulling the trigger on buying one Thank u for your videos Love will always win
No longer doing tree work ( trucking now ) I miss it alot, but buckin has alot to teach us all. And I still love watching your videos and will keep watching them. Keep safe much love and keep on climbin on
Hi Billy. Love the old school sawmanship still learning so much from u about about the trade my friend. Awesome to seeing the ladys swimming ibet they could tell us some stories. I love listening to the older people love it .peace stu
Buckin' just popping in to say hello, I learn something from every video of yours that I watch but I also learn a lot from the wonderful folks in the comment section. I'm glad I found your channel and you've helped me immensely in my personal growth so thanks for that too. Thanks for keeping us updated on Bobo and your Mom. Be safe...
Excellent tutorial! I found a bar sitting along the side of the road while I was driving home from grocery shopping today and I stopped and picked it up. It’s an Oregon bar and in decent condition other than the tip being messed up. But it’s the replaceable style so I’m gonna have that bad boy back in action.
That's awesome you are going to give it away. Down here in Florida the bars and chains wear fast because of the sand. It's fine sand/sugar sand and no matter how hard you try to avoid it sometimes you just can't. You can only love on them so much before you just buy a new chain or bar.
Great video. Changing tips isn't too common anymore. I love that you're giving the same away, that's so kind. What an amazing channel. I hope everyone has an amazing day!!!
Jay small here I just wanted to say sorry, I'm not in a position to donate to the shop at the moment but soon as I can, I'll be sending some thing your way buckin!! God bless you and the family with love Jay small
Yeah, buckin' that's my favorite way to stop the piston too! Greetings from rainy germany and special greets to your swimmin' ladys. That's the right way to enjoy life! 👍👍
Thanks for posting B. You should have seen the support for her down there at the beach. It was pretty funny. 95 today July 7th. Happy Birthday Bobo. Rock on. Taking her out for chinese food today.
Yeah. When I got home at night, I helped my kids with their homework, cleaned the dinner dishes, followed up on loose ends from the day, sat and talked with my wife. Chainsaws that needed major work were dropped off at the saw shop. If you are single, making time to bring your work back to your shop at night works great
Learned most of these tricks years ago but still enjoy seeing them pasted down to the next generation, I have always been partial to Stihl but wouldnt mind trying out one of those newer Huskies hint hint wink wink. Love me some Buckin.
Glad u mentioned the rope going into the port the first one I did sniped the rope and had to take the top off to retrieve the piece of rope 👍good attention to the details 😁
I pretty much gave a 372xp away when I was younger because it was too big for the work I was doing at the time, I kick myself for it everyday now 🤣😭🤣 Love your vids buckin’ 🤙 don’t change
Thank you Buckin. Peen on the X side of the tip. Awwwwwwwww mom and Nanna BoBo. I absolutely love this so much. Thanks for the tip tech tips. Really appreciate all the sharing and caring goin on here Buckin. Love ya brother. 🌲❤🌲✊🪓
Buckin I gotta say you are both a bad and good influence on me! I started collecting axes after watching some of your videos and now I've started accumulating old chainsaws. Just today I got myself a pioneer p28 and I can't wait to put the old gal back to work!
This year will be my first year ever owning A STHIL .EVER.lol.raised with husky.26 years.of course some tree services over the years I worked with used the O MODELZ?.but thought you'd like that. Buckin.
I just use the compression, no rope in plug hole. Use the grooves on the clutch, sit your scrench in groove and whack it with a hammer, it'll spin right off.
Thanks again Mr. Smith, just the best, seriously thinking about buying one of those 562's need a little bit of an upgrade for my 460 rancher, I know you don't have time to read all these is there a big difference between the 562 XP and the 572 XP? Thanks again for the teaching, old logger buddy of mine in Virginia taught me about the rope in the spark plug hole trick, after I broke the crankshaft on a husky using an air impact learned a good lesson there, I like to put a little wheel bearing grease on that clutch bearing
Good Wednesday to you Buckin n family. Welcome to the new subscribers and all of the army. Altho i appreciate the safety measures Buckin, it's ok to do repairs without the pants on next time.
I truly love that 562 that's an awesome saw my biggest Husqvarna is a 52 CC but it runs good but that is a true amazing and awesome song you have I would love to have something

It's always nice to hear the birds chirping when you shut the power saw off, or crank down the tractor, or put down the drum sticks or quit yellin at the kids or stop callin the dog or.... Come to think of it, it's always nice to hear the birds chirping... Even at 4:30 am, 15 minutes before you wake up and begin your morning ritual. The bird chirp, better than the squeaky wheel, but similar at times. 😊 Love the Buckin channel, waiting for the Buckin logs (drum sticks) to become available. I would love the 562. I cut down trees for disabled veterans. My favorite saw for cutting down trees is my ms 360 that I built a couple of years ago but Walt ( Afleetcommand) says I need to try the 562.. the reaso I like the 360 is because it is light enough for me to muscle around a tree. At age 76 muscling saws can get real tiring.
Hi buckin, I'm a big fan. Watched alot of your videos. They're awesome and interesting. I'm from Northern Saskatchewan. But me and the family spent from July 4 til tomorrow up in your neck of the woods. We stayed a couple days in ucluelet. Anyways we on out way back to Vancouver to take plane back tomorrow but will be going through namao to get back on ferry tonight. If I ever got a chance to shake your hand and get a autograph that would be cool. But if not just wanted to say keep the videos going. Cheers.
Sweet video, I have just started my own saw collection (3currently) because I cut a lot of firewood and I was sick of relying on other, They are all saws I have picked up free or real cheap, just got a ms360 going that was thrown away. Would like to see how a 562 stacks up tbh.
Hey Buckin thanks for another awesome video. Just a thought on that 562. Of course I understand you have your way of doing everything. With that being said I'm not trying to tell you how to run your show. But it might be worth considering sending that saw to Tinman and have him port it if hes willing. He did say he wanted to port one of those. Afterword you guys could do a give away. Just a thought. Thank you for all your inspiration!
Ive got to do this tip swap on a brand new unused oregon bar for a Homelite Super EZ that I had in storage for years. It got rusty and the sprocket is rusted sold.
Buckin, if you were gonna buy brand new drum sticks, would you buy extra long ones and cut to fit your kit..? Have you tried the promark "cool rods" bamboo, 18 dowls secured together for each stick. They're more quiet and softer than regular sticks. Love all your tech tips that you have been doing for years.
Seeing the hanging flower basket in the video just reminded me to water mine... Ha ha always inspiring me to get bizzy. It's a scorcher today. Just a thought Buckin’, but I never see you wearing a dust mask and man does that shop look dusty, Friend. I’m sure you know to wear one when you’re grinding as all those heavy metals are very bad. Stay healthy, Friend.
Excellent comment - you might not realize it at first but this shit catches up to you fast. Get a good mask and you won't be much bothered with the breathing.
