  • I love the idea of getting better; more importantly, it is something we humans must do, not something we think we should do.
    To lead a life of fulfilment, health, well-being, and physical and mental strength, we must look to improve, learn, grow, and be vulnerable.
    And not just for ourselves but for the ones we love, for family and friends, and to leave this world in a better place than when we found it.
    But with this Idea of progress, growth, and development come challenges, particularly in a busy, loud, and overwhelming world.
    In a world where health, strength, and purpose can seem complex and confusing to obtain and sustain,
    How does someone who wants better and who wants to thrive in the world accomplish this state?
    I have a deep burning vision and need to help and guide; I'm not saying I have all the answers because I don't,
    But with over two decades of learning and supporting people to improve their health, fitness, and quality of life, I have something to say that I know can change lives.
    Thrive is a constantly evolving, all-encompassing idea of improving, helping you find clarity in an overwhelming and noisy world.
    I'm here to guide ambitious people in building a powerful foundation for themselves and their families. Through my podcast and upcoming book, I provide science-based, sustainable strategies that go beyond quick fixes and dive into fundamental transformation for lifelong well-being.
    THRIVE revolves around three pillars:
    Nourish-Fueling your body and mind with nutrition that supports optimal health and lowers the risk of long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and dementia, allowing you to excel in all areas of life. Evidance-based nutrition that supports the body and mind and gets rid of fad diets and quick fixes. (not a weight loss drug in sight)
    Body-Strengthen and fortify your body to achieve a fit, resilient physique capable of handling life's demands while developing and maintaining a confident and muscular body. This science-backed approach focuses on the strategies that work, with no gimmicks. (there is no escaping hard work)
    Mind-Cultivate a mindset that empowers you to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Develop a stoic approach (emotions included) that strengthens you, emotionally equips you for what the world throws at you, and supports you to thrive-learning from some of the past greats, such as Epictetus, Seneca, Zeno, and my favourite, Marcus Aurelius, and up to the present day, such as Robert Green and Viktor Frankl.
    With this knowledge and a burning desire to develop, grow, learn, and help others, I will present my ideas and conversations with other professionals in my podcast and UA-cam channel, Thrive.

    These videos have personally given me purpose to gain back my control, mind and body.
    I can pick out at least one peace of information in each video to bring either back into my life or try new.
