Thank you SO much!!! This video is THE BEST I've seen and can't wait to set so many features correctly on my phone, my battery drains WAY too fast. Highly recommend and I'll share on SM.
These items are great to know. At 12:30 you mention battery settings. When setting to "Light," the note under this setting states: "This setting doesn't apply to games." For "gaming" there is a separate setting under "Game Booster Settings." Thanks for your help.
@23:00 - You should not set the camera to 9:16 or 1:1 unless you just are using it for framing for a specific purpose because all those do is crop the 3:4 image from the sensor. You can always crop afterwards if you want but you can't get the pixels back.
I have searched the internet for info on how to move intensity settings for display light... and here I found it! Thanks! And also thanks for a lot of other tips. I might try swipeing instead of the menu at the bottom.
Thumbs up for sure. Used my Ultra S23 Ultra as a dash cam on occasion. Useful with the 3 and 10x lens for capturing license plate numbers. Problem arose when screen timeout went from 10 minutes to 2, and went back to home screen. Not safe to get camera back to 3x or 10x from home screen while driving. Went into Best Buy and had a senior tech look into it. He surmised that Samsung's recent auto update took away camera setting timeout for 10 minutes. General settings at 10 minutes did not help. Aggravations galore trying to find a fix until I came across this video of downloading camera assistant, which had the setting to fix this problem. Even tried ONE UI which Samsung kept sending constant notifications to update now or later which was on no help. Spending 1200 on a flagship phone, and having this happen gives thought to not purchasing another Samsung Phone.
You have to make sure you're in the actual apps You can't do it from the home screen or the screen to the right of the home screen You have to be in that actual app locker area where it shows all of your apps then the three dots should be up in the top right hand corner

You must have the font size enlarged?
32:00 - I set mine to 0. The 0.5 would annoy me. I detect no problems with 0.
which case are you using???
It's listed in the description.
I've had my S-23 ultra for a few days. I upgraded from the Note 10 plus. I was expecting great battery life and I'm very disappointed. I've changed every setting that I can think of to try to save battery life... And it's still drops like rock.
1) Go to settings, type "Performance Profile" and toggle the settings to light.
2) Go to "Device Care" and customize your ' "Power Saving" Settings', that is, enable "Always On Display", Enable to CPU to run at max and Enable "5g".
YOU'RE WELCOME ❤😎
I hope the s23 battery is better then the s22 ultra 512gb battery, i game alot, probaly for six months non stop. And the battery died, it shocked me, i thought it was the screen, but it only cost me 120 to fix including labour thats australian pricing. I was happy with that. It will just stop charging up and when it drains completely you wont get reds when ypu plug the charger back in. Thats how you will know, dont let the phone shop say its the screen, just incase. Cos its just the battery dying. I did always have the screen on though.

I just got s23u for gaming…
I have to say for me coming from an iPhone 12 pro max this battery is amazing 👏 I'm at 31% and I've been using it heavy all day
I just bought this phone. I had a note 10 plus. Is the battery still dropping like a rock?
Liked what you said about "dark mode" and tried it. One insurmountable problem is that I can't read the (dark) blue links. Any workarounds?
Dark blue links? Don't believe I've ran into that.
Thank you this is a great help❤
Very Very informative 👏
Even though the S23 Ultra has Squared Corners, it's not comfortable in the palm of my hand where the phone rests, so I'm having trouble finding a case that actually is a bit rounded for the phones squared corners?
All these changes apply to the s10 series and newer u should post a video the settings which is specific to the s23 ultra.
What case are you using in this video?
This one. amzn.to/3StuwSC
