    Thank you Surbhi! Love the way you breakdown the yoga poses. Helps to provide a lot of clarity as a beginner . May I ask how long must you hold such poses as a beginner and how does one progress from there to hold it longer.

      Initially you can hold 10 sec., then slowly as you start to become comfortable in a pose, you can hold up to 5 min.

      Thank you so much for watching and liking the videos. I have not made a video on sirsasana. I was working towards perfecting sirsasana, but had to stop because of the shoulder injury. (Not related to sirsana) :) But to tell you the few tips, the crown of your head should barely touch the ground. The weight should be on your hands. Always start with folded legs and straighten them slowly, do not push your legs hard. If you are just starting, it would be a good idea to start with crow pose.

    Madam, i am a 10000 metre runner,i need some yoga poses to strength foot,thigh,tibia,febula,femur.....especially achilles tendon......just mention some yoga poses name,already from your i following some moves !
