I have 2 questions: Don't friends and family come to visit you? How do you serve them with a juice, coffee or a cake? Oh, ok, they can come home with a spoon and a plate (or cup) in their backpack. How do you relax? In the bedroom you can't read a book (maybe just on the phone flash), not to mention the TV, a movie night. You're probably watching it on your laptop, but I find it very uncomfortable. The apartment looks beautiful, in some places it looks minimal but still very crowded and wasted space. All the best!

Good video. I think that coffee maker is not important at all. You can make coffee on normal kettle. Boil water, put coffee in water. Then quick boil water couple of times. Then wait about 5 minutes and then pour the coffee into a cup. the Coffee powder should be rough. Normal coffee is too fine-grained. You can take one item off your list =)

So there's no sunlight at any time of the day in the apartment? That's crazy, I'm not very fun with the sun but I know that it matters, at least I like to feel it in the morning. But what matters most is you're a happy person. Congrats on your apartment.

Currently transitioning from living with parents to living alone - one of my biggest hurdles with that is having to find space for all of my childhood “sentimental” things. Did you make the decision to get rid of a lot of things from earlier in your life when you decided to live a more minimalist lifestyle?
When we first moved to us from Taiwan even more minimalist than this..sleep on the floor ..no mattress. Someone broke into our apartment but there was nothing to steal..not even a bed..haha
I hope you reconsider getting an external monitor or two because being on a laptop all day encourages hunching forward, rolling your shoulders, and pushing your neck forward. Ever heard of nerd neck? It can be pretty painful.
Let s be honest. Some things are good. Some are not. Things that I like: - minimal furniture - minimal silverware (clean in no time!) - generally tidy - much space Things that are not cool - the picture should be put high where you see it - messy computer cables - no containers for objects (some things, like in storage room, are just scattered around. Dust will cover em all) - tape on windows is the worst. Listen to Megan for some compromise. You are a clever man. By the way, no books?
those cables around the desk look like a safety hazard. Now thanks to covid I've got a home gym and it helped me with lack of energy and back pain. My power rack and living room full of books make me unable to be a minimalist.

Don't friends and family come to visit you? How do you serve them with a juice, coffee or a cake? Oh, ok, they can come home with a spoon and a plate (or cup) in their backpack.
How do you relax? In the bedroom you can't read a book (maybe just on the phone flash), not to mention the TV, a movie night. You're probably watching it on your laptop, but I find it very uncomfortable.
The apartment looks beautiful, in some places it looks minimal but still very crowded and wasted space.
All the best!
*Out of sight, out of mind.*
That’s what I always said to myself when I started to downsize everything I owned. I’m a minimalist now. So many things that I thought I would never be able to let go. I also gained motivation from watching hoarders 😅
I really enjoyed your apartament tour. To me it doesn't look depressing, if it's what works for you stay that way! I love how is everything genuinely so simple without getting into fancy stuff and decor.
First of all, I'm similar
Second, how you make 15 min vid about house with nothing but walls
this is so comforting to look at, just nothing for the brain to process (in a good way). So so spacious and nice
Matt D'Avella has started a revolution
Clement's cutlery is truly the best :-DDD love the ultra-minimalist life style
actually out of all the great videos on this channel, this is the one why I finally decided to join AlgoExpert
Wow, I would love this apartment if I was still a vampire.
lmfao, I can't tell if you're memeing or not, but this is my ideal setup. Meanwhile, my wife just copped another 2 cutting boards for a total of 6 😂
"My Arm looks pretty Swole from this angle" bahaha laughed so hard when he just suddenly stopped and said that

Wow man, no windows? I could never live in a windowless setting. But thanks for opening your doors for us. Eye opening!
The way you squeezed in an algoexpert recommendation in the video 😂
I don't think I've ever seen a video where you miss recommending algoexpert ever since it launched 😎
😎
For the window you could have used Velcro. Same darkness and allows you to easily make it bright.
I really wanted to see how many plates and bowls he owned apart from his utensils and the inside of his fridge
Now whenever he makes a video, all I'm gonna see is a third person POV of how he makes the video with this living room layout LOL
That chair, with a table, in the middle of nowhere, looks like Sheldon's spot from the big bang theory xD
bro I really loved it, my apartment is certainly going to be like yours: minimalist and with a black aspect - black furniture (and with this wooden floor)
So there's no sunlight at any time of the day in the apartment? That's crazy, I'm not very fun with the sun but I know that it matters, at least I like to feel it in the morning. But what matters most is you're a happy person. Congrats on your apartment.
It's like that scene from Silicon Valley
"It's so white"
LMAO
This is how I am. Very minimalist but messy. Love the bedroom. It's perfect. Perfect.
The irony of being an ultra minimalist and then living in a 2br/2ba in a HCOL city and not using half the space you rent.
Exactly! How can you be a minimalist by purchasing a huge apartment and not utilizing the space of it! That is wasteful. He could of rented a studio. This isn’t minimal at all.
To me you are a very simple , truthful and kind hearted person । Nice simple apartment । Keep making more videos to generate interest in software profession । Thank you ।
Currently transitioning from living with parents to living alone - one of my biggest hurdles with that is having to find space for all of my childhood “sentimental” things. Did you make the decision to get rid of a lot of things from earlier in your life when you decided to live a more minimalist lifestyle?
As a suggestion, you should have some airflow to your room because the O2 levels will drop (and rise of CO2) significantly while you sleep.
I love the bedroom idea, just pure function!!!!!
When we first moved to us from Taiwan even more minimalist than this..sleep on the floor ..no mattress. Someone broke into our apartment but there was nothing to steal..not even a bed..haha
Wow! And I thought I was minimal 😂 great video
I hope you reconsider getting an external monitor or two because being on a laptop all day encourages hunching forward, rolling your shoulders, and pushing your neck forward. Ever heard of nerd neck? It can be pretty painful.
"How I became a millionaire!" Step 1. Own absolutely nothing in your home
Let s be honest. Some things are good. Some are not.
Things that I like:
- minimal furniture
- minimal silverware (clean in no time!)
- generally tidy
- much space
Things that are not cool
- the picture should be put high where you see it
- messy computer cables
- no containers for objects (some things, like in storage room, are just scattered around. Dust will cover em all)
- tape on windows is the worst.
Listen to Megan for some compromise. You are a clever man.
By the way, no books?
Lol this apartment is bigger than my house
Jesus, do you live in a cardboard box?
I like how this shows how much your joy doesn’t come from materials. 😄
If the extra bathroom and three bath rugs vanished, this will be a super ultra-minimalist apartment
those cables around the desk look like a safety hazard. Now thanks to covid I've got a home gym and it helped me with lack of energy and back pain. My power rack and living room full of books make me unable to be a minimalist.
Hahahahhah that room is so EXTREME! Hahahahahah i cant get over it! Brooo if u get married get ready for all this to change hahahahaa😂😂😂😂😂
This is my future apartment. OMG you are living the life i want. Great Job Man, i love the whole idea of less mental and physical clutter. I gues you are just not tech smart. AWESOME TO FIND SOMEONE ENJOYING SIMPLICITY.
5:06 im getting anxiety attacks by watching that iphone charger being bent
are you that weak?
@@indiopatadediablobarbosa5337 yes sir
Probably not gonna see this but maybe you’d like a rug in the corner behind your desk. Just for some unwinding time. On the other hand it would be very tacky and have another designated spot.
