6’1, boxing, ukulele playing, coffee drinking, keto adapted, minimalist Viking woman. Don’t mess with Lefie.😉 This is the first time since I subbed that I have a notification for you, I’m glad you are still uploading!
Lol! I’m 5’1” and I’m trying to find a way to have a carrying case for my folding step stool so that I always have one with me. Literally can’t get to anything above the bottom shelf of any kitchen cabinet

I was watching the video thinking there was something wrong with me... But that is a very spacious flat with a decent amount of storage and the possibility to have three (omg) tables just in the living space. That's luxury living, mate (I'm European, don't hate :D ) Absolutely love the space!
Swede here and I was sitting here for 5 minutes and thinking ”gosh she looks sooooo much like a scandinavian?!! Could finally calm down when i saw the viking helmet. 🙃 nice channel!
About a year and a bit ago I began to explore living with less things. You've been a wonderful resource. There is a calmness and comfort I feel come through from your videos! you rock! P.s. I've missed that wink!!
I love that you live minimally yet keep items for your interests, all contained neatly. My heart sang when you opened your upper kitchen cabinets. I love space.
I used to have LOADS of things. These days I have very little personal objects. It’s interesting to me that you made me realize I guess I am a “minimalist”. I greatly enjoy watching your videos and seeing how you discus the purpose of each object
The Leafster is BACK! (Hopefully thats okay) I remember your other apartment tour and you seemed like the space was really big for you so its great that you're comfy.
Very cool little home you have ,I have lived in three different studios in the past , and loved them all. Then I bought a little house with two bedrooms, too much space but it’s all mine now with low taxes so I think I will keep it..really enjoy your channel. Looking forward to your next video. Stay safe, Be careful and Keep on rolling..
Es super comodo, pequeño pero perfecto, se aprovecha todo el espacio del departamento y hermoso. Me encantan tus videos Lefie , no importando la barrera del idioma. Saludos 🙋♀️
Lefie, girl! Great to see you! New apartment looks fantastic and a great size for you, except the kitchen, which looks a great size for my 5ft4 self. *Hugs* from a tree.
But Lefie, whilst you have your Viking helmet, wherever do you store your swerd, your spyd and your skjold, skjaldmaer? As the Havamal states, "Don't leave your weapons lying about behind your back in a field; you never know when you may need all of sudden your spear."
Cool! I’m also a 6-1, keto, ukulele/guitar playing, sewing, minimalish woman. As minimalish as a person can be with four children and so many hobbies. 😂
Thank the Vikings your back. Love the apartment. My kind of place. Please do more videos. Your missed so much. I don't care if all you do is talk. Thanks for another motivational video.👍😁
That’s a cool apartment. I love the kitchen. The colours are great. I understand about the kitchen sink. It’s made for average person. I’m 5’2”...I’d fall in it.
I too live in a studio, fortunately I redesigned every inch to maximise usage. I have a wallbed ;-) which I love and as you say each area is literally a different department which really supports the appropriate 'state' I best be in to enjoy that area. It's almost like living in purpose of simplicity. It's very satisfying and enables either organisation or chaos especially when I'm not in the mood to tidy up . Enjoy your time there. ;-)
Somehow you remind me of Nick Offerman, and of his character Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation. Minus the libertarian aspect (?), purely in some of your expressions, your individuality and autonomy, and authenticity!
I used to work for a minimalist and they didn't have any furniture except for a crib for the baby. Everyone else slept on the floor. They did eat at the kitchen island and had folding chairs for guests. No tv, phones (except a work related one). The kids had wood blocks and art supplies for toys, but they mostly played outside.
Little alcoves for electrical outlets like that are sometimes built so that you can plug in a lamp or something and still be able to push your furniture all the way against the wall. Though phone chargers are a good use for it too. Not sure what your architect had in mind.
Finally playing catch up on Lefie adventures! Love the new place. It looks perfect in size, has good lighting still, and all fresh and new. And being a tall person too, I do like a deep sink, but...would prefer higher counters (i.e. the deep sinks wouldn’t seem so far away to our shoulders and back ). I didn’t have a dishwasher in my life until I was 28, so I understand. I can’t imagine life without one now. Or an ice maker. Or a food disposal. I am spoiled by modern kitchen technology now. 😆
Im a Norwegian woman, didn't know you were half Norwegian too but now I know why this channel "speaks so much to me". Also I do not own either rosemaling books or viking helmet... I am ashamed🙈
I live in a studio that's about 270 sq ft. It's an 8 minute walk from my job, and it's affordable. I've loved the simplicity of it, but I'm going to buy a condo that'll be about 3 times the size for a few reasons: I have a cat that eats clothes and chews through wires, so basically all of my things need to be stored in bins. I want a separate room when I can work out without accidentally kicking my cat in the face (he doesn't have a good sense of personal safety) + a place to put my desk where I don't need to cover all the cords. I'm also looking forward to underground parking, washer and dryer in unit, a dishwasher, and having more than a foot of counter space! Your place looks really well laid out.
You posted just in time to help my dummy ass in actually decluttering my apartment again 😄 thank you for a lovely vid, you reminded me why I miss tidy spaces so much ♥ take care & stay healthy, Lefie! Greetings from Poland!
Did you say somewhere that this unit costs as much as others might pay for a 2-bed non-minimalist apartment? I recall hearing this but I can't relocate... Thanks. Love your content.
Finally had the time to watch this and i feel whole again 😂 I am the person who would stare out the window with coffee and melancholy, in either fog or sun! Cute spot, would be great for succulents!
You talking about how you separate your space and the importance of doing your relaxing, working and sleeping at different places in your home really reminded me of CGP Grey's Spaceship You video. wondering if you've seen it... 🤔
So glad you posted again. I was missing your content, the breath of fresh air and cleverness you bring every time! imagine being your friend irl, so much fun haha 🙃
I absolutely love this apartment and honestly I could see myself living in it quite comfortably! It seems a little bigger than the extra space I lived in one year in college that I loved. Just me, my cat, and the bare necessities. Glorious.
I recently moved in an apartment very very similar to this with the induction hob, everything being new and the couch matching the coffee table and everything! Idk why this video was so exciting to me it's like Im sharing an experiance with someone else. And yes this is also my first dish washer ever and I never thought I would use it, too
It's so satisfying to see how perfectly your belongings fit in this studio. Forget Apartment Therapy. I just want to see belongings that fit like perfect little tetris pieces in their designated spaces. 😤
A knitting machine... I didn’t think anything about this video was going to surprise me but yeah. Side note: I’m actually knitting while watching this video.
Sheesh that is a nice kitchen, never seen that many appliances in a studio before! A DISHWASHER?? (As you can see from my videos, I used to live in 175 square feet with a microkitchen.) But I just moved out about a month ago! I lived there for seven years, and yes, I am going to miss it. But man, I'd take this place anyday!

Tiny appliances... is cute how you Americans call them. That's just standard European appliances:)

Or massive appliances in a super spacious apartment to a Japanese...
To my european eyes, those are small =D
When you're a 6'1" female, lots of things are tiny. Perspective is everything.
Those are not tiny appliances, not even to most Americans

i was trying to figure out why you remind me so much of home (sweden), aside from the relatively scandi living - now i know.
