I have never got bored or not been motivated with hasfit workouts it's stretching cooling even while exercising no music no beats just encouraging workout and body loving moves...
Hey Coach! Thank your for keeping these work outs free!! You and your wife are amazing people. It was a very close friend of mine that brought me into this and she has been motivating me and keeping my working out with you for a couple months now and I love it! I am even starting to see some great results and improvements! That being said I wanted to share a quick story with you... I used to do some weight lifting in high school and when ever I would struggle (which was often) my mentor at the time, a wonderful man named KC, used to say to me "Remember its mind over matter, if you don't mind it don't matter!" I wanted to share this story because that phrase has gotten me through a lot, not just with getting through your work outs but life in general and I thought it may be useful to you too. I hope you have the opportunity to read this comment and that you and your family are doing well! Thank you again!!!!
This was no joke, first fifteen minutes I was gasping and struggling... The last three minutes, I could barely move my hands or legs 😂😂 I loved it all the same thanks for posting.... Pls keep them coming, I'm game 💪 I missed Claudia today.
man. still on lockdown in MD, 5 24 20. Done after 30 min stretch this morn. made myself do this. i was lazy this morn. but completed. amen! couldnt wait always to hear "last 10 seconds." it seemed to never come
I've been doing your HIIT and Tabata for about 6 months now as I needed to take a break from running due to diastasis recti and feeling like my insides were falling out =P Even though I was still in pain, I found the videos super helpful to stabilize other areas of my body until I had the diastasis recti repaired. Post-surgery (June '18) and now 3 months out, working out for teh past ~8 weeks, I've been using your videos to have a core once again! It's been great to realize how well my body responds to the strengthening and how empowered I feel. The kick boxing was a first today and it kicked my butt but I loved it! Thanks for the videos and keep them coming please! I recommend you to everyone looking for something to get them going and keep them motivated =D
I used to workout quite a bit and got super stressed and anxious. Motivation dropped and soon after my workouts stopped. Then my eating wasn't as good as it used to be. Triple whammy ughh. Depression hit me so hard. I've been dwelling there for some months now, super overtired and getting more out of shape :( I decided I wanted to not overdo it, and just move again (trust me, did a too-hard workout and took an entire week of resting and terrible pain to get back to normal) I don't want to be ashamed with myself anymore. I used to wake up early and weight lift and then cardio for 20-30, and it was imperative to keeping my stress & anxiety down but screw the past, time to move on!! :D I saw this work out and was curious if I could even do kickboxing. I didn't think my legs would cooperate, as I've been kinda sedentary. And omg... I was punching and kicking and taking out all the bad feelings I had about everything and by the end, I was feeling a lot lighter, sweatier, and happier.. I just want to say thanks for this workout. I gained some stress weight over the past 6 months and I can still kick decently high :O I surprised myself haha big booty girls unite, you can do it too!! I am looking forward to trying to do this again after a rest day.
How are you doing in August, 2022, NinjaKIttay? I hope you are still feeling better. I have been doing workouts most days since May, went from 196lb to 156lbs. I am proud of my body now. I'm on my way to fitness. Your story touched me a little so I thought I'd write to you.
@@terrynoonan3865 Hey there, Terry! Thank you for taking the time to ask and offering such kind words. First off, big congrats for your own fitness journey and the weight loss!! Wow, that's really impressive but also fast losses. you're more than on your way, you are doing it! I had forgotten about this comment, and reading it again am transported back right to that moment in time. The TL;DR of it all is: doing pretty good! Losing weight steadily and getting stronger, way more endurance and stamina, way less anxiety and depression ruling my life. Truthfully though, I made many steps forward, some backwards again in those 3 years and got even MORE depressed if that was somehow possible. Finally seeing someone last November, discovered I'd been suffering with ADHD (among other things) all my life. After I got diagnosed and put on a non stimulant, that created a large difference in my anxiety/depression levels on a whole, my ability to handle tasks, and I stopped sometimes seeking dopamine in sugar or carbs late nights. Life didn't become magically better, but it felt night and day for me at that time and continues to hang on. Currently, 3 long years later, I'm working out daily (with a rest day beginning to focus on good mobility/flexibility training) I would say things took the best turn this past November-Feb mentally, and Feb-now physically :D after I treated my mental health. I probably flailed quite a lot and burnt wheels in too many directions up to then but I did my best. I no longer need to feel motivation necessarily to workout, I know I just have to try, and like any other chore I may not always enjoy it. Workout time ebbs/flows with work schedules over time. I finally learned it's something my brain and body needs - the same as food and air - and whatever way I can find to cope through week to week and do it every day in some fashion, I will. On my most depressed days, I told myself I could get up, get it over with, and I could go lay back down if that's what I truly needed. I could be miserable in bed and nothing changes, or I can be miserable, get up and do this one thing. But it's not as simple as just wanting to do it. Sometimes we can want something so badly and feel incapable to actually do -the thing-. That's not necessarily a person's fault. It wasn't a matter of being lazy or whatever (a thing put on people unfairly sometimes) I thought I needed to feel good about me to get up and workout. Nope. I've cried and had ugly thoughts while working out, but I sure do feel better when I'm done. More importantly to that, I got a grip on my eating. my watch helps me keep track of time better with haptic nudges (little buzzy touch on my wrist) every hour. No more forgetting to eat as often as I was. For me, integrating IF clicked right in and was a good fit for me personally. Then, I added in way more protein, find veggies you can eat everyday for me I personally like cabbage a lot, brocc, or even spinach, and swapping out sweet treats for fruit like berries or a mango popsicle (I still like chocolate too, I'm just not out of control w/it now). Overall finding and using ADHD geared tricks and tactics to simplify food preparations so that I wouldn't get executive dysfunction/paralyzed and feel too overwhelmed to manage. It doesn't have to be perfect. You can in fact half arse and get through a day and then the next day might be better. But yeah, that was most important to lose weight was the eating. The workouts just make me feel better and kick anxiety in the arse. lol. And I feel pretty thrilled that two things: patience and consistency - two things that are ridiculously hard to maintain/keep with ADHD is something I'm really actually managing to do now. It was never my fault I struggled with either of those. I was doing my best, and I didn't give myself anyyyy credit. Now that I know what I know, I feel bad for doing that. I used to take 16-20 minutes to hit a mile, and now I'm at 9! I can walk outside with friends long distances without getting super out of breath and feeling burny lol I began weight lifting 9 weeks ago and train that 3x a week. I love that it helps you burn cals far past the actual workout. I also have an apple watch and enjoy filling the rings and seeing a general estimate of steps/cals burnt/etc. but grain of salt w/those. The other days I do things like kickboxing (still fun!) or tabata/hiit sessions, even still some good ol steady state to work on endurance levels too, but my newest goal is to get a barbell to continue progressing my current weight training because I really enjoy lifting weights (and I've about hit my max on deadlifting at 90lbs on my adjustable dumbbells haha which is awesome honestly never thought I could lift that much!!) Anybody else who is struggling, I completely understand why and how close the connection is how your mental state can really affect your physical one. I only can offer you my own story here and maybe it resonates, maybe there's things going on mentally that you don't even know that is getting in your way, but it is absolutely NOT your fault. I wish I could stress that the most. Wow this was a big ol update, but 3 years is a long time, after all. Take care of yourself and just do what level of best you can do, and be kind to yourself along the way. I wish you all the very best - Katie
@@Desolationangellreally good to hear your update. Mental health issues are grim, you helped me with what you wrote and I wish you continued success for the future. 🙏
@@yorkiebilger7805 Appreciate the kind words!! They really can mess with everything :( I'm glad it helped! Further update: I am happy to say I'd gotten ahold of a barbell and plates, then have been slowly transitioning any dumbbell lifting moves into barbell ones. NEW GOAL: get a squat rack so I can safely do a few key moves w/squats and benches. Possibly an incline under-desk treadmill as I'm interested in trying more incline walking too hehe In the meantime, I've found alternate ways to challenge myself safely til then with dreaded bulgarian split squats (they seriously help with balance), sumo squats w/barbell in front, etc and hip thrusts using a small footrest style bench against the wall. Also, I picked up running in the last year which is something I never thought I would/could do. Made it the 5k land, then 10k and enjoyed spacing out -- I think that was the closest I've ever come to meditating lol after I got happy with times and stamina at it, I moved onto something else. I still throw some runs in the mix and now returned more to doing HIITS and walking it out the rest of the time for movement/steps in. Still a last chunk of lbs left I wanna convert to muscle or lose, but in no rush. Clothes fit loads better!! I can go thrifting to find a few new pieces til my body settles into maintenance mode. I feel I'm on the cusp of the last quarter of this journey until maintaining and I can't wait for that. Mental health has been hanging in there. Even when it begins to feel rough again, I'm coping a lot better and still handling taking care of myself which I am very grateful/proud for doing as brain can come up with every reason to give it up, but I never want to return to that kind of unhappiness so I'm going to keep fighting for it. Everybody hang in there. One day at a time, one workout and good-for-you choice at a time
First time doing kickboxing. I'm a strong woman but not fit so I thought this would really work for me. It did! I was dripping and feel I got a great workout. Thank you!! Burned 470 calories. Def one of my favorites.
this workout was absolutely killer! my entire body was drenched by the end! perfect for times when i can't get down to the gym! Ill definitely be doing this workout again! Cant wait to try your other workouts!

good advice, I tried it and am bottom heavy but so happy to make it to the end!! I like how you can adjust the height to match your own abilities but still challenge yourself. It was what I needed to try coming back into working out again. /hi5

Really appreciate your motivational pep talks throughout the video and on every video, its one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this channel. Not only its motivation to keep on going during the workout but your words has helped me keep going after the workout
Did the one you made in the mountains just today- your videos are the best fitness videos on UA-cam. I do your Cardio Kickboxing workouts 4-5 days a week. Thanks for getting me motivated with great workouts!
Brilliant workout. I usually enjoy your hiit and kettlebell workouts but I find them hard on my legs. I’ll see how I am in the morning but I feel this was a lot less strain on my legs. Definitely worked up a sweat. I loved that it had a warm up and cool down combined with it too.

Amazing! I used to work out with you all the time, but then I got a gym membership ;) now I have to work out at home once again so obviously I'm back to you and this was just the perfect workout to get reacquainted :)
Did the workout from your site, which I really like. Amazing workout! I love the physical and mental combination. Just when it was getting tough you said “Don’t stop”, and that really motivated me. Thank you! Keep the kickboxing coming!
I did this one with 2.5 lb handweights, and OMG was it tough to even move my arms at the end. Dripping with sweat now, I can't beleive how challenging that was for *only* 40 minutes!!!! Thanks, Coach!
We're grateful to hear you loved it! This video includes a 5 minute warm up + 30 minute kickboxing + 5 cool down = 40 minute video with 30 minutes of actual work.

We're grateful to hear you enjoyed it! While we recommend you maintain the same lead leg throughout the routine to encourage proper form, there is an even distribution of strikes on the left and right sides.

Hi coach! Wonderful workout. Thanks a lot
You're welcome Oya!
I did this one with 2.5 lb handweights, and OMG was it tough to even move my arms at the end. Dripping with sweat now, I can't beleive how challenging that was for *only* 40 minutes!!!! Thanks, Coach!
Way to push through Cara! 👊
Love the combinations of kickboxing! exactly what I was looking for! Can't wait to try it :) thanks for sharing
You're welcome Georgia!
Love how it says 30 min workout but it's over 30 mins for the workout but over all still love it
We're grateful to hear you loved it! This video includes a 5 minute warm up + 30 minute kickboxing + 5 cool down = 40 minute video with 30 minutes of actual work.
It says 30 min video but It's 40 mins of actual work. Thanks coach!

Thank you Nadirah!
Great workout! It had me aching but it is so worth it. Keep up the good work everyone :)
No pain no gain right!?
I think, this one an easy version of kickboxing.today I feel its not tough like another and you add lower body more than upper body.thx
If you'd like more resistance in your upper body, then we'd recommend holding heavier hand weights. This allows you to control the intensity.
HASfit thx
This was a great sweaty workout , challenging but yet i could do the moves (mostly). Thank you!
Wow I am dripping! I have my AC on high but still. Great workout and btw you have extraordinary demonstration skills! Thank you!

Thanks for working out with us!
This is really awesome! great workout, but did i miss the part where you even it out on the other side? i feel like you did everything on one side
We're grateful to hear you enjoyed it! While we recommend you maintain the same lead leg throughout the routine to encourage proper form, there is an even distribution of strikes on the left and right sides.
Killer workout, dripping some. I finished🏋🏿♀️
