I cannot believe you are able to do this workout all the while talking and encouraging us to keep pushing! wow is all I can say. so far I've done 8 hasfit workouts and this one is the hardest yet! kicked my butt !!!!! hasfit workouts are the ONLY workouts I do now (besides my beloved yoga) and I plan to stick with yall for the long haul! I thought the kickboxing yesterday was tough, this one is either worse (cause I worked out hard yesterday) or equivalent to this one. Loved it! Thank you and I hope other ppl are supporting you guys like I am w my monthly donation.
I so much love your kickboxing workouts, they leave me all sweaty, more than HIIT videos and such. For those demigods who find it light I definitely recommend adding dumbells. I weigh 51kg and could only do 1 in 2 rounds with my 2kg dumbells. Next day I had upper back muscles aching which never had before.

And every time I end up a sweaty happy mess. Thank you! A small suggestion for further workouts: Many cardio workouts use jumping, which is of course great to kick up the intensity of a move, but for people like me, who have other families living above and below, it's necessary to keep it quiet. So it would be great to have an (equally intense) no-jumping move...
Thiss is the best kickbox cardio session I have ever done, its on my scedule every day , some of it. I like the number coordination because I can do it without constantly watching. Thanks coach very much.

Oh....it went. Really fun and a nice new challenge. Had a very brief water bottle incident during a rapid "onetwothreefour!!" where the 16.9 oz bottle flew out of my grip. It was hilarious. ((Don't fret...No water bottles were injured during the duration of this workout. Haha)) Keep up the quality work, Coach.
HASfit No, i have to agree with her. I have followed many trainers and exercise 'gurus' throughout the years. While some of them become stale, many of them instead of being motivating are harsh and almost degrading. It's inspiring to see someone actually go through the movements with you and show you that it's not impossible rather than stand screaming at the camera. You are the right combination of all things that make a great trainer, for those of us looking to make a change but maybe either can't afford to hire someone to help us train or might not have the support that we need at home. Thank you guys!
Thanks, I did, the only thing I am struggling with is doing the kicks, front kicks are fine, but i can't get the hang of the side kicks and the round kick, when you should do the chamber and then kick. This is my first foray into kick boxing and I think I will have to go back to some of your earlier videos to get the hang of doing them properly. The switch kicks throw me a bit too!! But I am having fun doing it and working up a great sweat trying!!
