Hey guys! I just want to let you know how much this channel has helped me. After getting into a consistent gym routine for a couple year my motivation was killed after I had a surgery and I really let myself go while I was healing. Now I moved to Japan and there are no affordable gyms in the area. These at home workouts are super helpful for me when I was feeling frustrated about not being able to lift anymore. I use different sized bottles of water and my laptop bag as makeshift weights for some of your dumbbell videos. Please keep these body weight exercises up! Thank you!
This was excellent (though I admit I dropped my hand weights VERY early on) :) Also, I appreciate that there were no moves repeated in this one, as in "do a 20 minute kickboxing circuit and then repeat the whole thing all over again." That's fine, but sometimes it's hard for me psychologically, not sure why! Anyway, it's very clear how much thought is put into structuring your workouts. Thanks, Coach!

As a person with T1D, exercise is a very important part of my life. I love strenght training (have done several of your workouts), but I struggle with cardio. Besides cycling and swimming, it's not something I enjoy much. I love these kickboxing workouts though! Never get tired of them. Wish there were more.

Kickboxing...my all time favorite. I love your Kickboxing routines where you keep us moving around..for whatever reason they really keep me motivated. I was happy that I was able to up my pace faster and faster holding 3 lb dumbbells (which after a while feel like much heavier LOL)...not bad for a 58 yr old grandmother of 6 if I do say so myself LOL. Thanks so much for all your time and effort that you put into this..it was awesome 💪💪👍

I loved it! I had so much fun!! I did the sprinters stretch and on one leg I could not lean back onto my elbows. By the time we were done I tried again and weird as hell I could touch both elbows... 😧 I don’t see how but thanks so much!!! I’m gonna keep working out with y’all!! Did the yoga and it helped too... I’m stiff as hell 🙁
