Regarding reciprocity, if you meet someone new and you do something nice for them and they don’t say a simple “thank you” - a high value woman wouldn’t expect anything in return, but wouldn’t do anything for them again!

I'm always amazed at how people don't know the difference between IQ & EQ... You can be 'book smart' but still be a 'social idiot'... I dated someone in the '90s & one of the books on his bookshelf was about EQ, I read it cover to cover & it really stuck with me, the older I get the more I see what the writer was talking about.

Love the advice about not being needy. I ruined a relationship with a guy in my 20s by being too needy and clingy. Always be true to yourself first and be independent, no matter how much in love you are.

It can be a good motivational video, but women should remember that life is not a straight line. This video express an absolute and we women are already pressuring ourselves plenty. My point being there is ups and down in a high confident and successful woman too. Another point, sometimes by seeing and sharing about the world for what it is, people interprete as low confidence or traditionalism. We can go through life strongly as women, but the main power and money are in the hands of men. A high value husband is the best asset of a high value woman = power couple 😊 So much more could be said here.

No wonder husbands are looking for girls outside their marriage as soon as "high value women" start loosing their physical attraction. I guess they are just smart enough to not let her know.
A high value woman makes a little bit of effort to maintain herself for herself, not for a husband or any other man. She does it for her energy, vitality, health and confidence. Often the man is attracted to her effort and love for life!
high value woman is not physical but a human behavior.
I find the term cringey. It seems to come from US culture. Let’s not endorse it.
The term does sound cheesy, but the true, original meaning behind it is real.
Women who are operating at a lower level of femininity are getting treated like a doormat, becoming someone’s maid, or living in a delusional world of fantasy fueled with drama!
What is an high value women? High value women: loyal, honest, carrying, helping the husband, supportive, empathic, no cheating, cooking, cleaning, respectful, feminine, taking care of themselves, self-respect and very low body count, that’s an definition of a high value women. High body count lowers your value. PS: Same goes to men….
How to be a high value woman? Simple
1. Dont sleep around
2. Don't be fat
3. Cook good food
4. Don't complain criticize every second. Be Nice
5. No baggage including having other dudes kids

Agree, a high value woman has a schedule and a loose plan for each day. This usually repels toxic people and helps you distance yourself from toxic situations.

I agree. We need to be high value women, but we need to have the right values. We can not demand respect if we don't respect ourselves, intellectually, emotionally, sexually, etc. Having rights comes with responsibility, and it all starts with respecting ourselves and having values and basic human morals.
To me, a low value woman is someone who sleeps around or has affairs. One who can't be bothered to find out something about the other person, rather always talks about themselves. Someone who swears, and gossips. One who does not put her family first. One who forgets to teach her children how to be a high value person.
