This isn't a concert- it's the greatest collection of musicians just having one great jam! That's obvious by the expressions on all of their faces.
My girlfriend is a big Elvis Presley fan but she was speechless when I told her Elvis said his favorite singer was Roy Orbison.

In the stories I write a Pearsonian man wearing shades and posing as Roy and playing an electric guitar sings this song with help from a Radio Orchestra and choir.

I love Roy Orbison. I didn't appreciate him as a teenager. I certainly do now. So sad he died just fourteen months after this recording.

+Roddy Charles Yes definitely my friend. Even Elvis once said that he was the greatest singer that ever lived. Roy has been worshiped by many other singers such as Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, k.d. Lang, Bonnie Raitt, Del Shannon, Bob Dylan, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, etc. Good choice of music!

+Roddy Charles Tom Waits is the younger pianist and James Burton is the guitarist. Roy had Elvis back up group on that special. They were called the TCB (Taking Care of Business Band) and James was a part of it.
James Burton, in the white jacket, is a HIGHLY esteemed guitarist among many other famous musicians gathered to play with Roy.

The music played in Black and White is only part of the overall beauty of this performance; the adoration of those on stage for Roy, to me, is just as beautiful.
They probably quit listening in the first 15 seconds. The heathens don't deserve to hear the whole song.
