    I feel like the neighborhood architecture is nice, but the gardening in the Old West Side, North Side, Water Hill and Burns Park are really next level. Imo it's one of the major reasons the housing prices started going up like crazy, the houses with the landscaping are absolutely beautiful. They make modest gingerbread houses look significantly more luxury, almost palacial if they do enough work, well enough. And it's all well maintained.

      Yes I agree! It creates fantastic "vibes" all year in all seasons. Gotta love an area where people area proud to be part of the community and love their homes like that!

      It is wokie woke town and the traffic sucks but it has all the amenities you could ask for. I prefer North Woodward, but I could live in A2. Way better than downriver or Macomb.
