The amount of renovations needed is ridiculous. I noticed major roof and wall damage. Major water issues. The tiles on the roof are irreplaceable. Electrical and insulation questionable. It would cost 3million above the asking price to renovate and make presentable

My grandma lived in Palmer Park on Ponchartrain in the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s! I knew I recognized this house! Used to pass it all the time on the way to visit her. I miss her dearly🥰 It is a beautiful neighborhood. Funny, tho…not even a block away you find yourself in the hood of Highland Park.

A beautiful home that was renovated through the years by someone that didn't know what they were doing. Hopefully, someone that has some knowledge about historical architecture can bring it back to it's former glory.

NEGATIVES about A2: Cost of housing is ridiculous as well as taxes. Parking can be a nightmare, especially in the summer when most streets are closed for patio seating. Pedestrians think they own every moment of a road. Its like frogger most days lol POSTIVES: the food scene is unbelievably awesome! Zingermans is overrated, IMO, as there are so many other wonderful and affordable small shops and bakeries. Museums are nice and the metroparks is beautiful. Public transportation makes it easy for less fortunate people/families to afford to get around the city. Lots of shopping! Ann Arbor Baptist Church is a friendly place to worship.
