I just shared with my family in South Africa 🇿🇦. I've been living in Durham for 25 years and I'm very happy with the city. And I actually think it has a lot to offer than let's say cary or chapel Hill

Love how much Durham is growing. With all the tech companies coming to RTP and its’ revitalization efforts, it’s going to be one of the best places in the area!

Alston Ave is known to be one of the worst, but I would generally avoid the more run down areas outside of downtown, which you'll find more of in the areas directly east and south of downtown. Unless you go looking for it, I don't see why you would find yourself in those areas though as downtown Durham is a great place to enjoy at night, and it's not like those areas are just 1 or 2 streets over.

Durham is nice. It's building a lot downtown but none of it has really affected the skyline to your point. All condos and apartments 10 stories or less.

@@relocatingtoraleigh Winston-Salem have got a Skyline and it's 30 minutes from Greensboro so Durham have a Skyline they making excuses. Saint Paul is 30-minute fun Minneapolis and they got to Skyline.
