Beauty is often portrayed as being slim and slender on social media. But what is your definition of beauty?
Growing up plus-sized, Kristy inevitably found it hard to feel secure in her skin. Through the ups and down of her post-natal depression, Kristy wonders if change is possible.
Kristy shares how her journey in pole dancing helped her grow and find the self-acceptance that she has always been searching for.

I'm so happy we finally moving towards body positivity. My fellow millennials still remember all those unbelievable beauty standards in 90-2000s with low rise jeans that no one could wear except skinny celebraties.
If one doesn't fit your standard of beauty doesn't mean this person can't enjoy things like dancing, or wearing bikini.
