Shout out to the Great Iron Horse. I built me the famous 372/ 272 piston epoxy case and intake I call my Iron Horse tribute saw to you my friend and let me say it is the most powerful 76cc saw I've ever ran ! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise it's be very injoyable trying to duplicate these wonderful saws of yours !
Great journey Harvey. Thanks so much for taking us along . That’s a deadly saw not for the faint of heart . The rewards will come , awesome content brother 🇦🇺✊🏻
Mr Horse, you are the kind of guy that I could hang with and soak up as much knowledge as I possibly can. Much love from North Carolina 🤙. Prayers for your health to keep getting better.
Welcome back. Glad to see your back at it. Love watching you build these Frankenstein saws. Wow, a 365 special that is 90 ccs. But as problems arise you deal w/them. Good job & thank you.
Well done on the build, not many will take on this and also succeed. Cast iron needs more tolerance around the piston and I know this from a danarm chainsaw 125 with cylinder lining made of cast iron that seemed loose on cold but it runs great with loads of power. Well done and onwards and upwards.
Going to be a bad man of a saw. Missed your videos and soo glad to see you back. I looked everywhere for information on what's happening with you and if things are good. Keep 'em coming.
I think you're about to get all the gremlins looking for a new place to make their home; I think, with the pin, increased interference-fit, ring gap and extra 0.001" piston clearance, you've inoculated for gremlins!! Gardening running a little late here too; hay is ahead of time, but garden slow going.
Just watchin the videos now Harvey good stuff period! It great to see you in the shop teachin school again! Have you have an opportunity to speak to the gentleman about my 394 and 371?
This is a really interesting build but I have 1 question, why are you using a winter air filter? At least that's what they're sold as where I live and every dealer carries 2 tpyes. The cloth tops are for winter to keep trap and moisture out of the carb, you carry one in your pocket and swap it when the one on your saw starts to freeze and let the other dry out in your pocket and the nylon ones are for summer and they come in both flat and high top.
So much good and interesting content. I have a question: Does it matter if you go up or down on the intake to get total duration? The piston doesn't interfere. Have a good weekend 😊
@theironhorse6600 Thanks for answering 👍 and I have a follow-up question: I see that you make notches on both sides of the roof of the intake. Do you measure timing from the roof between the notches or from the notches. The notches seem to be the highest point of the intake. Thanks
You haven’t posted in a few weeks, so I will put my question here. Hope you are OK. Have you ever used a platinum tip or iridium plug in any of your saws? I ask because you’re a dirt bike guy, and I think some old time dirt bike guys used to use the now discontinued Champion platinum tip plugs. The ones with a number and then the letter G. Anyway, hope you are doing well. Thanks and take care.
What saw chain on a 100 ft roll do you recommend to buy and from who? I have been searching and get mixed reviews, i need 325,063. Any info or recommendation's would be appreciated.🇺🇸
Harvy would you or your boy be interested in building a dirt bike enngine for me ? It's not for Me I'm built him one last year but the bottom let go ? I could build it again but I know you're engine's RRRRRIP .
Halo bos. Konten-konten nya sangat menarik.banyak belajar dari konten anda. Apa cylinder 365 bisa pake cilinder tipe lain. Untuk meningkatkan tenaganya.
Pin it or machine a ledge on the cylinder and tack weld it so it can’t move … before ya even fire it! You’re very fortunate you don’t have a 90cc paperweight 😂

Yes sir you are back in the grove my friend. You may have had a failure but you have the skills to fix it no matter what the trouble is. 👍♥️

Glad to see you back Harv. Watching from Australia
Thanks for taking us along on the build Harvey, it's always great to be along for the ride!
Good save. Good thing you shut it down when you did.
Nice skills Harv. Good that you tink outside the box. Now, if I could fit a 372 cylinder on a 55 that would be perfect. haha
Harvey great to have you back!
You Are a Good Man Harv, God Bless, and Take Care.
Interesting build. My main concern would be if the transfers flow enough air for the extra cylinder capacity
We learn what to do as well as sometimes what not to do.. either way certainly enjoy the process. Thanks for sharing !

Good to see you mate! Hope you anf the family are well! Keep up the great work!
Hey Harv!
I'm excited to see this bad boy in the wood!

Howdy, Harvey! Great to see you!
DONT BE SORRY BUDDY YOUR HEALTH COMES FIRST ,,YOU LOOK HEALTHIER STAY SAFE BUDDY
Sure is nice to hear your voice again! Thanks for your time an have a blessed holiday!
Thank you for sharing the experiment. I didn't think about the sleeve dropping. I was wondering about it potentially turning.
i like loctite 515 anerobic flange sealant. used on a sbc water pump with no gasket without any problem.
great to see you Harvey. thanks for all the info and videos.

Well you call it 🐎 let's have a firewood cuttin splittin weekend!😊
Just watchin the videos now Harvey good stuff period! It great to see you in the shop teachin school again! Have you have an opportunity to speak to the gentleman about my 394 and 371?
This is why some saw makers use hard chrome plating on aluminum fined jug. Works better than a sleeve for sure I H.
I use motoseal always does good sometimes you will get a tube that's runny and you gotta squeeze around 9n the tube to mix it up
Awesome job, thanks for sharing!

Awesome video Harvey
Good stuff. Have a great memorial weekend!
Always be honest that's what we got and do the best with what we have.
Good job good save but it don't sound quiet right it don't pick up hope it better with use
Haven’t watched in a while you look good mister
What do you think about a 372xp with 394 crank and cylinder modifying the case for larger bearings , I have a Machine shop in Connecticut
awesome your feeling good
Also, I wonder if a roll pin would be better hold in heat differences?
My favorite you tuber
A tapered pin held in place with the head of a screw would work.
BLESSS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has to be the floor of the intake!

What did you do to remedy the compression problem?
Can’t wait to see the super sleeper in the wood pile Mr Drake ❤👹👹💪🏿
hey IRONHORSE how much to port and muffler mod a ms311??
I don't think drilling completely thru the cast was the way to go. Maybe partially would be better??
What an awesome project, Harv! I love it. The saw is going to be a hit. Be good, my friend.
id be happy with the 86er

😊
G'day Harvey. I have a question do you no anyone that has a muffler for an 084? They seem to be very hard to find. Good to see your doing better👍
You will never find one. Have someone build you a pipe or something.
Could a MS880 muffler be made to fit?
@@roostergamer2664nope.

Couldn’t you just green loctite the sleeve into the cylinder ???
Hi Harvey two days in a row
Long time no see
