As far as I understand the marketing process of a large company is as follows: the brand manager will create the brand's image, and the marketing manager will run campaign programs for brands at the request of the brand manager to create prospects. , then the sales team will come to offer and convince customers to buy goods to generate sales for the company. Do you think so?.
Great question. Marketing and branding are (at their core) very different. So it depends on the business itself. But marketing is a very particular skillset, and you need marketing to generate sales.
1/ The brand manager will work with Financial team to take care Cost of goods sold and P/L of each brand, right?. 2/ Businesses can run some promotion programs at the brand awareness step?.
Great content; simple and precise. I am transitioning to brand management from customer service, taking varous courses on it. I however need hands on project for me to stand a chance at the job market. Please do you know of a site or company that offers free remote apprenticeship with little to no experience on brand management? I am eager to learn and ready add my skills to the job. Cheers
Best bet is to reach out to companies you admire and work for them for free. Our website will have some helpful content to support you in finding clients too.

Depends on the company specifically. But I’m sure some companies run that way.
Question : A company have brand manager, without marketing manager. Can it work well?
