It would be another two years before I visited that same friend with a Pat Keegan custom guitar to pay back the debt I owed him in exchange for my amp that never seemed to want to leave me. Ive just turned it on after 12 years and it sounds as great as it did all those years ago. Im lucky I got to keep this baby because it is a superb clean amplifier. 1997, Made in the USA which is a diminishing trait nowadays. Not trying to rub salt, I guess I'm just regaling with someone who knows how good these amps are.

To change speakers,can be a hard time:i tried this once with Alnico Bell type speakers,but there wasnt enough room,because how the transformators are posionted.

How can you split the coils on a P90?
P90's are single coil.

You should have played it with the gain around 5-6 instead of just at 10.

Super bassy amp, if you want mids not the place to go.
That must be how he dialed it in. I actually have this amp and it has mids to spare-it’s the opposite of a scooped amp like a Fender Twin.
