I love the option to choose a short video that still is intense and lets you squeeze it in on those days you don’t have tons of time. Great job Kathrin. You have such an amazing selection to choose from. I’d love to see some heavy upper body, boxing style and new mobility.

I did this after one of your "strong legs" workouts and it was wild! As a finisher this one is mad 😅 I've never had to pause during bodyweight glute bridges before 😅

@@fitness__kaykay I think we need workouts for different things. Yes my favorites are 45-60 minutes, but shorter workouts have their place as well. Our bodies are not meant to do intense hour long workouts every single day. That is why these are cool to have too. I’d probably use this one as a finisher. Or do 1 mobility, 1 abs and then this one. Thanks for your hard work as usual😊
