It has made me to get into a healthy lifestyle. I've comeinto a form now. My health is good. I've got my periods on date and i feel light all the time.     Its better not to run after what UA-camrs are doing as this will definitely ruin your health conditions if u blindly follow all these things...better way is to consult a nutritionist and have the right diet plan that suits your body....

    Hi Saumya, I am 40 years old mother I use to weigh 64 and my height is 5.5 meter but for last 2 years I have put on weights and now my weight is 70kg , trying hard to loose weight but I have observed that more than 15 days I cannot continue any planned diet and I am an emotional eater, when I am in too much stress I crave for cakes/ pasteries... And later on I regret this is going on but I am depressed now...I really wants to loose weight🙏pls help me🙏

    1) In the morning if i did my workout (before workout belly 31) then my belly us around 27 but at the end of the day it come at 31 so how i deal with it and why it happens.

    Guys whoever is starting intermittent fasting firstly you need to know that she is already fit so she can have more carb as her first meal but if u r a beginner u need to know to loose weight u have to increase your protein intake and decrease your carb intake. By that only you will going to see result. 😊

    I tried intermittent fasting for 1 month,ended up suffering from acidity and gastric.If you have these problems,please do not try fasting and end up with suffering.And these lost fat will comeback soon if you leave fasting and be normal.The best thing to loose weight is workout and clean diet and loads of water ...All the best all...

    Hey Soumya I am on intermittent fasting too but i eat a piece of cake or something in my eating period but its quantity is little so it is okay or i should leave all my fav. Food ?? I do exercises and also 1 hour walking having all time warm water. I have lost 3-4 kg in 25 days .

    Hey Sowmya I'm doing interminnent fasting which is 16*8 and I'm beginner for this interminnent fasting...Before 3months I did normal diet is like reducing my food like that and my interminnent fasting is like
    1.mornining detox drink
    2. 30 min before lunch I used to take Black coffee or coconut water
    3. After that I had cup of rice
    4.Evening I had one fruit along with some green tea or black tea
    5.Dinner I used to take some chapathi...or wheat ravva upma..
    SOWMYA PLEASE REPLY...Am I following good diet or not??

    Hey saumya I don't think drinking black coffee on empty stomach ( though after lemon water) is good idea ......as our body is going through detoxification and already acidic at that time ...by drinking coffee we're making it even more acidic ....

    Hi, I'm Sadia.. I'm 21 year old.. My height is 5'3" and weight is 70 kgs.. Whenever I start working out I gain weight.. No matter how many days I workout.. I've tried doing 30 minute workout for 15 days and I put on 2.5 kgs.. Whenever I stop working out my weight again becomes 70 kg..
