Not good form at all. You call see that she's lifting the ball with her arms. You can tell by looking at her wrist. Proper technique involves letting the ball float up. Your hand is there just to guide the trajectory so it doesn't fly out and hit anyone/thing

Nice to look at and all, but that switch hand snatch is pretty technical and dangerous. The benefits definitely are not worth the risk. Much better alternatives.

You most likely used too heavy a bell or you have bad form. You also need to do warmups before using kettlebells.

It's safer this way than with shoes. Shoes aren't flat, they're made to roll. You need barefoot balance when swinging kettlebells
