    I gained 6kg in 2 months naturally ✌️simple rule of gaining and cutting ek sath 👉 eat more use progressive overload technique for example pehle set me 15 kg se 15 rep nikalta hu chest press me dusre set me 15 kg se 20 3rd set me 20 kg se 12 4th set me 20 kg se 15

      Bro by gaining 6 kg in 2 months, you definitely would have gained around 5 kg fat in that. 6 kg pure muscle build karna 2 months me impossible hai!
      And yeah what you're saying is not progressive overload!

    I try to drink the dandy shake that you told in one of your old videos, but sometimes it feels like my stomach is full and vomit. How can I solve this.
    Also, due to this, I miss one dandy shake in some days, so I try another edible items to atleast get 2000 calories(so I won't go below the minimum limit 1800 calories). So, will the skipping of one or two days in a week, reduce my weight gain? Or can it even make me lose weight?
