    RECIPE
    Step 1
    baingan/egg plant 750 gram (3 pao)
    wash and cut into thin slices and soak in water
    Step 2
    oil 5-6 tbsp
    add oil in a pan and shallow fry thr egg plant till it turns golden each side.
    repeat the same process for all egg plants .
    Step 3
    oil 5-6 tbsp
    onion 1
    green chillies 4
    garlic cloves 12-13 (desi) and you can use 4-5 cloves of other garlic
    tomato 2 (add some water and grin)
    salt 1tsp
    black pepper 1tsp
    chilli flakes 1tsp
    garam masala 1tsp
    zeera powder 1tsp
    add oil in the pan and add onion cook till its colour changes then add garlic and green chillies paste and tomato paste,all spices and cook for 8-10 minutes or till oil seperates.
    Step 4
    yougart 1kg ( hung curd)
    salt 1tsp
    chilli flakes tsp
    add these spices in the yougart
    PREPARE TARKA
    oil 8-10 tbsp
    zeera 1 tbsp
    round red chillies 5
    curr leaves 2
    heat the oil and add other ingredients and add this tarka in yougart
    Step 5
    add yougart in base then add 1 layer off fried egg plants and a layer of tomato and onion gravy .Repeat the same process .
    Now Garnish and serve it with roti or rice .its a very tasty and healthy option for lunch in summers .
    You can eat with roti or rice .you will love it
