you forgot about baking the indirect lighting!!! :D
Hey tell me one thing if I baked the indirect lighting and later i have to move the object in scene just for animation stuff ...then it'll work as before or not??
@@eevee6155 No it won't. The result will be lights and shadows of your new lights/setting with the -let's say- in depth/detailed reflection/shadows of calculated scene. Whatever you change within the areas of calculation (cubes, spheres), you have to calculate again
@@aldanesh2680 thank you
I was thinking the same
thank you so much, I'm a beginner and your videos are helping me so much, you explain perfectly!
Best vdo about rendering and lighting. Much thanks
Awesome mate !!! Thank you :)
Nice tips! I think I'll use that light probe.
You should!
I'm exploring blender with so much enthusiasm. Thanks for these great tips. This is the second one of your videos that i watched (the one explaining the append function was first) and I noticed that dog with no context hanging out in your scenes everytime 😂 what's the story?
Great!
this explained Eevee and lighting better the anyone so far.
im not sure is it intentional or not but when using the irradiance volume, should we bake it first then see the result?
also my another question is, do we bake first then add light or add light first then bake it?
Yes, he should have baked it. Do baking after any change.
Hi everyone! Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below! :)
All I’m wondering is what is your dog’s name? He looks like a good dog.
Do you have videos about reflection cubes and lightbaking and combining them with this tutorial?
lot to learn from you
Thnak you.
Hi Justin. I'm stuck on a client project.
I'm rendering with evee with a render sample of 100.
When I send it to render I get a very light grey screen with a slightly darker geometric pattern on it.
I don't know how else to explain, and wish I could post a screengrab.
Please please any advice?
cheers
This is one of most helpful video i found on youtube for eevee
Glad you liked it!
3 point lighting is a good tip, but in animation may be tricky i guess....
Well, having watched all this, I'll still use Cycles for the finished product.
Sure - that's what Cycles is for
How did I render realism
Blender guru: it's about color management

Make some sample like any interior design and render it by eevee it help any person use render blender.. Thanks
eevee makes me some passes without antialasing, gloss direct and direct light, is this normal?
Why can't blender just make the contact shadows feature on by default, knowing it will make the render more realistic
Well probably because Eevee is supposed to be faster, so they've optimized the default settings for performance. I've seen other programs go the other way with things like this and people complain about how slow they are
Eevee is used for the viewport, so it has to be fast. If you want the best graphical result, you should use Cycles.
Bruhhh you forgot baking the light 🙂🙂
It’s RAAAWWW!!
@@The_Original_ZacBarton 😆
Didn't really explain what the irradiance volume is doing or provide a meaningful comparison we could see
"Wwwhats up guys, Justin here" is always the best
Lol it makes me cringe
Cringe away - it's not going anywhere :)
@@TheCGEssentials Hey no offense dude, it's unique, just not my thing!
Bait thumbnail?
