Definitely a nice break with more gentle floor exercises after all these strong days. What I really like is that I do a different group of exercises every day during the week and I can still do this challenge because it does a little bit of everything every day and it's not too long. Thank you for this great program and everything you do! 💓
Day 6 completed 😊👍 ✔️. This was a lovely paced workout for me today as I'm still nursing a sore back. No ankle weights today, but I will repeat it with weights when my back is better. Thank you Jacinta I really enjoyed this class. 😊
Lovely relaxing but still strong class - abs & hips certainly felt it. Day 6 done on a very cold snowy day here in UK🥶❄️ at least 3” & still snowing ☃️🌨️

Day 6 was the easiest this week. It felt like a bit of recovery, and my core is getting there. Did the bicycle and shoulder taps without taking a break in between.😌😚
