Learn the 3 basic types of flowers and how to use them! | Episode 27 of Blossoms and Bourbon

I’ve briefly mentioned the basic types of flowers in previous episodes, but here we look at each type with examples of each - line flowers, form flowers and filler flowers. And, no surprise, some can be used for other purposes! Then, see how they all come together in a brightly colored arrangement that will make you excited for spring and summer garden season! Then, I’ll be tasting Oak & Eden bourbon from Bridgeport, Texas! Because there is no distilling that takes place in-house at this location, they include a toasted American oak spire in each bottle! This is what they refer to as “in-bottle finishing,” a unique approach to adding the flavor associated with aging in oak casks! I hope you’ll enjoy this episode!

I do the flowers at my local synagogue 🕍, I’m self taught & have watched lots of florists teaching flower arranging online. You Sir have the talent as an artist & and as a teacher, thanks so much. But I don’t get the whiskey bit at all?
