Hailing from Louisville, KY, Statesman is a great combination of a bit of spicy and a bit of sweetness in both the nose and the taste! While I haven’t been to this distillery, it’s a must-see on my next trip to Kentucky! I hope you’ll enjoy this episode!

Oh my heart, Mark, THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE! The pins in the Gerbers! Using curly willow and other "twigs" is always so pretty! And the iris with the aspidistra trick made me gasp. Yep. This one's my favorite.
