@@cyoung57706it’s not a metaphor, it’s completely wrong. The beach doesn’t get hard, I have properties that are really sandy and they’re great for growing and easy to dig in. The stuff he’s using will float and runoff in a hard rain or puddle if your trying to fill low spots.

This is not correct. You need both unless you have Bermuda. Mix the sand and soil. Sand does not turn into concrete. It helps trapped water get out. If you only use soil, you're risking root rot from retaining too much moisture

Completely wrong! You’ve clearly never been to the beach or a sandbox. Not only does sand not turn to concrete it creates a great layer to help water soak into and roots can easily grow thru it.
Interesting...save money using sand for your next concrete project. And if you're gonna use top soil...don't use THAT shit! But hey...fake it til you make it!
