HR behaviour likes OWNER OF ALL IT COMPANY. And inform to candidate after interview. Will get back to you, will call you once your profile shortlisted . If we ask pls pls my family depends on me lots of commitment pls help . If we ask help as a humanity . HR thinks that he god of universe and reply " I don't want like u candidate get lost how can u ask like that." HR doesn't know the meaning of help . If a girl asks the same don't worry ma tomor u can join ur selected. What the ____ . Am not saying all HRs but most of the HRs r lik tat..
Not agreed, may be unrecognized or nonreputed companies does, but not tier 2 or 1 companies do, ! And many girls crack interviews than boys and that's true, only because of their own skillset.

As a Hr recruiter I always insist to mention the things which u really know. And don't mention any fake informations about yourself. Because the interview questions will be based on tha data's you present in your resume . And be confident to explain about yourself because the way you present yourself is the most effective thing which u can perform on the time which was given to u on the interview..
