Frank really is an artist...all of us would look at Mike O'Hearn and say 10/10 physique. Frank Zane has such an eye for detail, he immediately gave Mike tips on serratus and chest striations. That's just awesome. Gotta respect Mike too for being humble and willing to learn/improve.
Having Mike employ an isometric hold to bring out striations in the chest instead of your tradional "bodybuilding" move is the quintessential example of wisdom ... Utterly contrarian to anything written in any magazine you could buy at the store for the last 25 or so years ...
Absolutely wonderful to see these two masters together, the legend Zane to guide another similar.

@TheXRP Dog On the contrary, roids gives you this imagination of success when you are able to bybass your own limits so fast and this gives you this so called "discipline and work ethic and dedication" stick what you are doing when you see results so fast despite of the obvious fact what you can do in few months are the results normally you would see after 2 years. I know because few of my friends who done roids went from benching under 100kg to 200kg very quick and it's just how quick this synthetic substances works on human body when the muscle is receptive to exercise. Yes there is a fact that when you start training a muscle you are more receptive to a workout because you are doing something your body is not used to and this will give you fast results. But it slows down and eventually the development stops and may take a really long time before you see visible results and increases in your results naturally.

Frank Zane was always my hero. Loved him then and love him now! The man is full of knowledge. He knows everything about fitness and bodybuilding. He is an inspiration to us all. Old school, it’s the best!
Frank Zane, at the time, and mostly today, had the best aesthetics of any bodybuilder. I would say Bob Paris was right there too, but Frank had longer arms which gave him a slight edge of Paris

Lee lebrada also had great aesthetics too, when your talking about an on stage weight of only 187lbs. Its truly impressive .. I have a huge respect for all the old school bodybuilders ...to me they are true .. The hugeness in last 15 years just isnt the same physique by far

I've only watched a couple vids of Mike, both with Zane and his deference and humility in the presence of greatness (an 80yr old who would love to relive his glory years) is as appealing as it is surprising in a culture necessarily grounded in a degree of narcissism. I've read so many of Arnold's older workout books and tutorials before the internet was a thing but every time I came across a Frank Zane photo, I always stayed true to Frank Zane's poses. I thought he was more of an artist rather than a body builder. I could read many of other body builder's weight training regimens and they all seemed similar but when it came to poses Frank Zane had 'em all.
My god Zane is a well of knowledge... and Mike hes 52 years old my god....
