I enjoy watching your 10th gen Si Coupe content. It is my project car and your vids continue to help me with my options for my 1.5 turbo. Ultimately I will get a crate type R motor. Honestly the body style of the Si Coupe is the best for me I wouldn’t trade it for a type R Hatch wether 10th or 11th gen. Well that’s just me.
I believe the prl turbo inlet makes the biggest difference in turbo spooling sound. I’m still on stock turbo fbo etune with tsp stage 2 basemap and anyone I ever run against always just says “is your car turboed?” or “your turbo is hella loud” great video as always i’m really surprised the rv6 turbo sounds not much different than the stock. I think the ball bearing one definitely has a louder spool from the video you were in the blue si coupe with ppg gears.
Glad ur still loving the car I have a the same coupe in black blew the trans then the turbo now running the same RV6 turbo w ppg gear set FBO love it. It was a tough journey but now the car is perfect for track
Great stuff! Love your videos. I have a 17 sport hatchback w/ hondata ots 93oct tune using si/crv turbo fbo minus exhaust. I have a neighbor that has a 392 Charger. And we did a 40 roll. We were side by side for a good 6-7secs and then started pulling me. I was really happy with what happened.

Your face says it all. Powerband is perfect for me. Lower boost for every day driving. High boost when you need it. I still have my 8th Gen Kraftweks Si. Love higher revs hp vs low rpm torque for the type of driving I do. I know low rpm torque is faster but can never hook up on the streets anyways. Honda's are better for rolls!
Was literally gonna spend over 5000 to get ppg gears since i shreded 4th. Thanks for the info on the rv6 gears ⚙️. Going the rv6 3rd and 4th route. Love the content bro always looking forward for a video from you.
Loving your vids really appreciate them.. I have a 2020 10th gen too with 70k+ miles on phearable 1.5r tune stock clutch... love driving it everyday. This is just the safe way as you say. Great tuner but if you can bring it to him or when he flies out there or live tune it on a dyno and you'll see some good numbers. Looking forward to the dyno vid.

To be honest, if you want to upgrade your car to the next level, it will come at a cost. Forged TSP 15b7, internals will cost you approximately $4500 to $5000, but it will allow you to run your car more aggressively at around 600+ horsepower. A built transmission will cost you between $3000 and $5000, and you will also need stronger custom-made CV axles. Of course, you will need supportive mods and upgraded fuel add-ons. Is it worth it to me yes, but it may not be for some.
I would love to take my car to the drag strip and possibly a circuit race to see how it is in both categories. Plus it’s good practice to get to know the car better

I have the same setup. Fbo with rv6 jb except on 93 not e30 and i absolutely love it. Car pulls so much harder than stock turbo

I haven’t had the chance to talk to anyone with these gears so definitely do some research before buying them.
For me, I have an invidia catback, 27won front pipe and prl short ram. No tune. I couldn’t be happier lol. Eibach sportlines going on soon!
