business associates, didn't know what was going on behind closed doors. Even a family Doctor testified one of the boys
had a throat injury possibly caused from rough oral sex at age 8. What ??? Why were the words "rape" not allowed at trial

Did that not get reported at the hospital? Or the Dentist office? Or did Jose pay him off? Anyways people say why didn't Erik tell Dr. Oziel about the abuse. Erik knew he was being paid by their dad to tell Dr. Oziel everything. What a scum bag! I cannot believe he was allowed to testify 1. for breaking patient confidentiality . 2. This house was supposed to be a Crime Scene but Lyle had gone back there very early that morning & when not allowed inside, he called an attorney. Something that was Not 'found', the parents Safe. Something that went missing, the details about a new will that these same family members saw on Kitty's computer when searching the house that afternoon. Her sister & others spent 2 hours trying to access the file but it was 1989 & nobody could work out how to get into that. Carlos Baralt, was Jose's brother-in-law, trusted friend & one of the executors for the will. He knew quite a bit about what had been going on with the sons for quite some time but was not told about the robberies & grand theft, that both sons committed in '88. Jose told him, either the end of '88 or early '89, that he'd had enough & was thinking of making changes to his will. Jose talked to Carlos again in June/July of '89 & said that he was definitely changing the will & disinheriting them both. Carlos expressed his concerns about doing that & asked Jose if they knew. Jose said he had told both of them.
Jose had also told his sister Marta Condo certain things & had her travel to the house mid year '89. Marta was a stock broker & had written up a personal insurance policy for Jose early January of '88 for $400,000. Marta said in court that Jose hadn't told her anything about a new will, that he said 'something', she couldn't recall.
Lyle nor Erik were at the house at all for the 'search' on Monday or Tuesday. When they were asked if they knew where the will was, they said it didn't matter anyway because they had been disinherited & looked very sad. They kept that up all week for certain people but of course, the will had not been read.
Marta arrived early Monday morning & basically lived at Jose's company office getting together all the finances & insurance policies. The many pages of that policy were never found in Jose's office & she said in court, they were never found at Her office either.

The cops were to find out that on the night of the funeral that took place in New Jersey on the following Friday 1st Sept, Lyle hopped on a plane to go back to the house in Beverly Hills. Nobody knew he had done that. That Friday, he'd found out that the other executor had arranged for an IBM expert to attend the house on Monday 4th to try & access the file that had a list noted 3 times down the page about a will. Lyle & Erik knew that the family members had seen that on Kitty's computer the week before but now he knew that someone Was going to get into that computer. The original will was held in probate but, like so many other killers, they presumed they were free & clear because they hadn't been arrested. Lyle had hired a computer expert & took him inside the house via the back lane entryway so as to avoid the security guard at the front. That guy testified in court that Lyle told him, that he was going to sell that computer & as he didn't want anyone to find something personal or financial within, he was to erase everything. Lyle then asked him if he could do something so nobody could tell it had been wiped that day. He was told "yes, not a problem". Lyle gave the guard a note for Erik, hired a limo to take him to the airport & flew straight back to New Jersey.
Marta arranged in total, for Lyle & Erik to receive $720,000 & that was deposited into her account 17 days after the killings. The sons splurged to their hearts content.
The will was still spinning in probate, when both arrested in March '90. Lyle was broke & had taken out a huge loan to buy a restaurant & had already been at Erik to give him $30,000 of His share for the deposit to buy a condo.

For the second trial - the judge had stipulated the condition that abuse evidence will be admissible only if Lyle testifies. But Lyle was exposed by then in the Venolli tapes, so he knew he would be torn apart in cross examination. And didn't testify even if it meant that abuse evidence would not be admitted then. He still has no substantial reason why he didn't he just says, 'Oh I was done with the trial by then'.

They then threw the cops in the direction of the mob, which is exactly why they also, fired to the lower thigh area, trying to take out one knee of each parent. At first I believed them and cried for them. I wished they would be released. But what you say makes sense. Look at their expressions the first time in court. Totally different from years later at the trial.

I read very carefully you’re whole comment and I must say that I have pretty much watched the whole trail, I’m still working on getting through it all but you drive home this money factor, the sons killed for the money, they did all these things to hide things, AGAIN, the money factor was disproven in court over and over again, a juror that was on the first trial said they kept waiting for the prosecutors to prove that this was actually about money and they just could not prove it. They were more highly convinced of the abuse the boys went though. Give these two brothers an Oscar !! Please they shouldn’t have murdered they could have became Oscar winning actors because I don’t think anyone can pull off such emotion, grit, pain and trauma.
