Nice video bro it seems it was only you ,i was a cook in Hiram,Ga for 6 years back in the mid 90s it was tough you have to be running on that kitchen specially on Friday Saturday and Sunday i became head cook after 7 months in a second brand new restaurant from an american owner she paid us well back then working only 42 hrs a week 72 dishes on the menu really missed those days but i quit doing it because of the weekends, keep up the good work 👏
