this chef is an artist. one man is cooking for the whole restaurant.. he is smooth. he is slow and efficient. he is a PRO. he is at one with his skills and talent. watch how comfortable he is with his abilities. i could watch this all day long.. IS THAT OIL or butter he puts on the grill??? ALSO why does nothing burn. it almost looks like his grill is on a LOW heat and he COOKS instead of over heating. a true professional
