My boys and little girl need a healthy mama and I feel so much better with doing these workouts! They are such a good balance of pushing it but not overdoing it either. 🙂
I really liked this intensity! I still can’t do a lot of the pilates channels on UA-cam because they’re way too intense for my core! But this one is perfect! It’s not just so easy you don’t feel anything. It’s a challenge but one that I can actually accomplish! Thank you so much!

Well, I can feel my core, so that's good! I just (mumbles...17 years postpartum...) found out that I have diastasis recti, so I'm dialing back and only doing diastasis friendly core work which means joining in on a lot of postpartum channels, ha! Suddenly all those years of struggling to do traditional ab workouts and never feeling like I was actually getting a stronger core make a LOT more sense. Shout out to all the moms going through the trenches of early parenting, you've got this, and (spoiler alert) it will all be worth it!

Strong!! 6 weeks after unexpected c-section (26 hours of active labor pushing then had to go c-section), so glad to be cleared to exercise again!!
