Mike hey buddy good to hear from you. When we were leaving I saw about a 6 foot wave break across the entire bay and you were on the parking lot side thank goodness. Crazy I’ve never seen waves like that inside the bay. It was a low tide with wind and building swell so glad you didn’t venture out. There will be better days. What is your process of storing them in the freezer?
I like to put filllets in a freezer bag and fill with water and freeze. Seems to stay fresher when thawed and hold the flavor.
