How big is her team she has at least I am willing to bet 15 or more team members and a single agent selling 60 homes is actually doing better not being negative but these top producers and really team or offices within an office.
Scripts are essential tools BUT present your script as a natural (tonality) conversation. NOT like a parrot. A good script will ask questions, listen and you will control the conversation.
